I am not a resident here, but I went a few days ago to inquire. I spoke with Theresa and she was great!! She showed us around and we LOVED it. It was super quiet and the rooms were very spacious. They unfortunately didn’t have anything available but we will definitely be back. She also sent us a thank you card to our home just for stopping by!! I never knew an apartment complex that would take the time to send a card. You can definitely tell they love the current tenants and future ones.

I can’t say more good things about Casa De Jerardo! My family and I have lived here for just under 4 years now and not once have we had a single problem. Sure, there are things that need to be fixed in the apartment on occasion but what is great about living here is the quick response and action to get it fixed. They are consistent, reliable and treat you like you’re more than “just a resident.” The updates they have done around here since we have lived here as exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to live here!

It’s been a month since I’ve moved from casa de jerardo and I already miss it.
The apartment managers are incredible. They have never failed to resolve any issues that may arrive. They will always greet you with a smile and are incredibly understanding.
They pay an incredible amount of attention to detail and the grounds are maintained to an above and beyond rate of satisfaction.
The apartment is quiet and calm. We never had an issues with a disturbance in or outside the complex. They are always improving the grounds with new renovations.
We were always given a fair notice if the water

I went to see the apartments at Casa De Jerardo this past weekend, and I have to say that the service was wonderful. Kay was such a breath of fresh air. That feeling of just being back with family in a relaxed situation is what she brought to the table. I felt like I have known Kay for years. She was knowledgeable, nice, friendly, and patient with all the questions I had. I won't find out if I got accepted to move in until later this week, but regardless of acceptance, the customer service was wonderful! Thank you Kay!
