I have been living here for over two years and have developed a lot of memories here! It’s hard to see me ever leaving. This was my first place to live on my own after high school! I will be here one more year and moving into my new home mid 2019! I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment, management is great , I think the company in charge should give long term tenants that are good more, options when it comes to renewing your lease , but other than that I would highly recommend summit pointe :)

The place was too noisy to sleep because the apartment is right below the freeway. I had to use ear plugs to sleep for the whole time I was there. It's noisy during the day as well, from the street and freeway. The management group deducted carpet cleaning fee from my deposit that I received three weeks after I moved out even though the carpet was cleaner than the first time I moved in (it was dusty, and dead spiders/webs were on the floor and the ceiling). They also deducted painting fees from my deposit, and I still don't know why they had to do that. (There were three large holes

Moved into these apartments in july. we were told the problems with the apartment would be fixed before we moved in they were not fixed. and still have not been fixed. despite me taking off 3 days of work for a scheduled maintenance man to come and fix things such as lights and wall outlets well he never showed up until a month later and then didnt have the supplies to fix anything and never came back after that. I have talked to the manager and sent emails and still dont hear anything.also you are right up against the fwy and its loud even with the double windows. I cant wait for my lease to be
