I would like to say I really appreciate the new maintenance man that works so very hard to ensure that the property is always clean and well maintained. Work orders are done in a very timely manner and he is always so nice,friendly and above all else very professional. He work hard to make sure the property is always at it's best. I have been here for a while now and I’ve seen good and bad changes here . Recently things where getting pretty bad . They brought in a new maintenance guy who is very knowledgeable , helpful and friendly . Since I’ve seen him here things are looking good again around here , he is always cleaning the property and getting the repairs done . The homeless problem has also gotten much better , to where I hardly ever see them anymore . This place is going back to being a nice clean and quiet community it once was . Now that the former property manager, Vanessa, has been dismissed. I'm hoping to see this place improve. Which has been unfortunate, because the facilities and community is actually pretty good. Previous management outright refused to communicate with the residents. We were told we'd get new washing machines "any day now" for the past eight months. Service request would simply not happen unless you were extremely proactive about tracking down MGMT- not a tenant's responsibility. Gate clickers were not provided and the gate rarely works. This apartment management is awful. The new manager is rude and has very bad attitude. I was once out of town and called the manager and she said why don't you come in person to talk. When moving out of the apartment, the company charged nearly $600 for cleaning fee, and there is no indication in how to pay the fee, which lead to an unpleasant process in dealing with the third part company.

We've been living here for about 3 years and have had such a great experience. The managment and staff are always nice and quick when sending in requests. They always host neighborhood events and always keep it clean. We were planning on moving the upcoming year but now that everything is great, we may consider staying another year.

As a former teanant Melanie has been nothing short of nice. When I first moved here I had issues with Vanessa she was always rude. But Melanie was nice always. As to the water issue yes the water would be shut off for. Time to time but we ALWAYS received a notice. The upkeep of the property is nice. For 1350.00 is wasn’t bad. I moved for a bigger place not because of the property
