My wife and I were interested in leasing an apartment here. The area itself is very nice. Their management however, is the absolute worst. We have tried to contact them for about 10 days through various resources and we have not had anyone respond. My wife went to the leasing office in person and the person that was supposed to be assisting customers just blew her off. If it wasn't for terrible customer service this place could be a wonder area to live in.

NEGATIVE STARS, if that was an option! The employees at the front desk are lazy! Front desk never answer the phone, they all give out different information never on the same page. Constant robberies. When reporting suspicions activity they ignore it but ensure to send out emails about no parking by the trash can. Consistent fees for absolutely nothing, they find anything to give you a few for. The staff throws pool parties causing residents to wait for entry and doesn’t follow covid protocol. Gym is always closed. What’s the point of the security guard if they allow people to walk in with out

I have not one complaint. I really loved my apartment!! If it was for sale I would buy it. The managers were very helpful and friendly. The club house was always available with popcorn coffee and cookies. The gym is equipped with the latest workout gear. My apartment was very spacious and they allowed me make it my own. If I am ever stationed at Bragg again I will rent from them again.

The apartments are wonderful & the community here is great. The only thing that sucks is the management. They are the absolute worse!!! They try overcharging for everything & never try resolving the problem. The apartments are pretty much up to date & I would give them a solid 4, the community & people are a 5 but the management..... horrible.

I lived at westlake for over a year and had nothing short of a delightful experience. The property is gorgeous and well kept. The gym is perfect and the clubhouse has an awesome coffee bar which makes the mornings a lot easier for me. I had the 2 bedroom flowering pear floor plan & I LOVED it! The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. I would still be there had the military hadn't moved us. If your looking for an affordable, updated apartment complex, close to base and close to everything to do in Fayetteville, this is your place!

PLEASE SEE PICS! I've only been here for 11 DAYS and just 2 days ago after we unpacked all of our kitchen stuff and put into the drawers I found a dead squished roach (see pictures) in between the main kitchen drawers. I immediately took out all the drawers and found roach droppings all under/behind the drawers/cabinets. The roach was decaying and has been there for awhile so this has to be from the people who lived here before. As I pulled out all of the drawers I found an old water damaged area behind the drawer. You can see fuzzy black mold in the crack and the screws are all rusty in that

Westlake is amazing! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They understand military life and they make the leasing process so easy! The location is close to base and shopping/food are right down the street. The amenities and maintenance of the property are awesome and well maintained which is huge for apartment living. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their customer service is above the rest. The apartment grounds are also meticulously maintained and always kept to a high standard. Last but not least, the maintenance staff is very quick and thorough. Overall, I love the community so far and I highly recommend Westlake.

The two stars are for the apartment only. Staff is uneducated and make it a nightmare to work with. I was double charged for rent one month and they refused to give me my money back until I got the bank involved. Also the gym is supposed to be for residents only yet there's two people that run a personal training business from the gym that do not live at the location. Their customers and themselves use the equipment that I pay for in my rent. Yet I can't have a friend come lift with me. How's that for hypocrisy.

The movie theatre is always broken. The "latte lounge" they talk about is a coffee machine that's always out of cocoa and vanilla. They are NOT kid friendly. They don't let kids walk around, they aren't welcome in the theatre, they aren't even allowed to set foot in the clubhouse without an adult. Theres no playground and no plans to ever put one in, so if you have kids, don't even consider living here unless you intend to keep them indoors at all times! There's animal feces EVERYWHERE! I have live at Westlake @ Morganton for over a year and have had the best service, support and interaction with all the staff, office and maintenance. I appreciate that everyone is generally familiar with me and always cordial and typically engages in pleasantries if not actively engining with other guests and residence. Additionally, I love how much Kelly, Alexa, Victoria and Jordin want to create a neighborly atmosphere with monthly events in the clubhouse and post and distribute a monthly events/ activity calendar.

This place is great! Moved in a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The apartment is big and spacious, the carpet is new and clean and the patio is huge. The movie screen, gym and pool is a huge plus. One of the best apartments I have ever lived in.
The only downside is that occasionally we hear the neighbors but I think that's expected with any apartment complex.

This apartment complex is overrun with GIANT cockroaches. I have to close my eyes when I walk up my steps because the bugs are so bad. Management is AWFUL, you would think that by paying over one thousand dollars a month that management would be able to correctly file all rent related documents. This place has had two different managers while I have lived here and both women appear to genuinely hate people. When my friends keys had been dropped while on the stairs and landed in the sprinkler room, management did not care to assist her at all. It took calling the manager at HOME to get her to do

To be honest, I wanted to leave within the first week of living there; however, I had already put in the time, money, and effort to move from Raleigh and was determined to try to make it a home. I recently moved here and could not be more pleased. The location is amazing to both work and shops with all essentials in a short ten min drive. I love love love love this place! I don't understand how I'm the only one who has reviewed it! We moved here in November and we're super bummed out when we learned that we had to move out of state just 6 months later! The management is super friendly and attentive to any concerns you have, the facilities are just great, the maintenance is on point and quick to respond (even on the weekends!) and the community is nice, quiet and safe.
