I have known Larry Fowler for nearly ten years. As a home inspector in the Knoxville area and a member of the Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association, I can say with all confidence, Larry Fowler is an honest and extremely professional home inspector.

Larry inspected my home prior to purchase. He is very thorough, his report is very clear and understandable. He has many years of experience and it is clear he truly understands the whole picture and how a building is put together and communicates. The house I bought is 50 years old, I knew I was buying a "used" house and not everything would be perfect. Although I hired him, I felt like his assessment was fair to the seller given that this 50 year old house was not perfect. I appreciate the integrity and thoroughness that Larry brings and I would use him again and certainly recommend him.

As a realtor and a home owner that hired Larry Fowler to do my personal home inspection, I would never recommend Guardian Home Inslection Services after learning a few days after we closed on our home that our attic was infested with mice with $9k worth of damage that was visible without having to crawl around in the attic. He lied and said he inspected the attic and didn't see any damage. Would not recommend.

I had moved out of state quickly for a job and upon trying to sell my empty home I was made aware that I had a stucco problem. Living about 500 miles away I really did not know what to do. Was this a small problem, a large problem or maybe even a total loss. I contacted Guardian, he inspected it for a fair price and even put me in touch with some honest people that could effect the repair. I believe Guardian is very honest and through.
