Not sure what I paid them to do. I had to have an electrition come out to my house after one of the standard 110 outlets fried my washing machine because it was putting out 220 votls. When the electrition opened the electrical panel they found severl questionable wiring issues and at least one that should not have passed an inspection. Fire hazards asside I've tried to get in contact with my inspector three times now and have received no call back. Before the issues their customer service was great but missing safety issues like this is unacceptable. Will not be using them in the future and would

I currently live in Oregon and I’m moving to Maryville TN. I wanted an inspection on a log cabin I found that I want to buy. Of course I wasn’t able to attend the inspection. Anyway I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my inspection. And what was another bonus was that I received photos as well. The inspection was today and I received it within an hr or so after completion. If anyone is looking to have an inspection done , this is the company you can trust. I will definitely refer them and or use them again for other inspections. They get a 10+.

Was for pre inspection for home buying. Asked to have the normal inspection and Radon/termites/mold added. Was given a good detail of the home and what was or could be improved. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Would have you to take a look at them before deciding on an inspection company, you will be pleased with the final product.
