Although I did not get a chance to be there and meet Mr. Tipton, the Home Inspection and subsequent report he compiled for us was one of the best; and we have bought a number of homes over time. He was very thorough in both his inspection process and detail as well as reflected great expertise in his report and analysis. He took a lot of photos to bring attention to issues of importance which was most appreciated.
