Services
How does the "40 days for $40.00" deal work? It is a one time purchase. You can purchase at any time you want to take part of this deal. You have 40 days from the date of purchase to do an unlimited amount of yoga at both locations. All classes are hot, power vinyasa flow classes. EXCEPT Friday's 12pm Yin Yoga at the downtown location and the beginner classes on Saturdays.
Orlando Power Yoga teaches the Baron Baptiste style of power yoga which creates a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures and the dynamic connecting postures. Unlike some Hatha yoga styles, attention is placed on the journey between the postures and not just the postures themselves; thus the term, vinyasa flow.
Expect it to be HOT. If you do not like the heat please consider the Beginners class on Saturdays 11:30am at the Dr Phillips location. Please let the teacher know if you are fasting, recently quit smoking or have a medical history or injury. It is best to rest a lot when you are first starting out.

What a great studio. As a beginner I was pretty nervous and didn't know what to expect.. or how I would do lol the instructor made it easy. She was very kind. It was a 60 minutes class and I loved the meditation portion at the end. Will definitely be back for 40 days for $40

The best yoga in Orlando! The variety of classes, flexibility, and quality of teachers makes it a must. Kelly is passionate about her studio and provides an atmosphere that allows you to sweat and have fun. The Yin yoga class is great addition to an already robust schedule. I challenge anyone to take one class, it is life changing, and something that you will keep coming back to. Escape your mind, tone your body, and most importantly have a lot of fun along the way. Namaste!

I cannot say enough about my favorite Studio!!!! I have tried yoga studios all around the world and this is by far my most favorite. The instructors are absolutely the most authentic, the students are great to be around and the energy of the space is terrific. Somehow Kelly's words just always land perfectly for me. Watching the instructors online during the pandemic help me because I was states away now that I have moved back to Orlando, I tried to get to class every single day when I'm in town. The studio makes me want to live in Orlando xo

I attended OPY weekly for the last 5 years before recently moving out of state, a few weeks ago. I've now had a regular yoga practice in 3 states over the last 11 years, and OPY is hands down my favorite of the three yoga studios in the three states where I've been a member. The owner Kelly is awesome, the teachers are awesome, the classes/subscriptions are an excellent value, and with one membership, you have access to any of their three locations around town-- one of which consistently offers a Bikram practice (which is how my initial regular yoga practice began and of which I&apos

I can go on endlessly about how much I love Orlando Power Yoga. The instructors are amazing. They're all very welcoming and the classes have a lot of variety between each of their styles. They're very professional and knowledgeable. The classes are so motivating, uplifting and it's so much more than a work out. I love the energy that the teachers bring to the room and being in a class full of people who are also pushing themselves. I go to the south street location the most because it's closest to me and I love how spacious it is but I'll go to the other two as well when

I've been coming here for years and all of the instructors are amazing, you truly can't go wrong. Today was my second class back since they reopened post covid and they've been excellent. Taped out spaces on the floor so mats are distanced, completely touch free experience! Joe's 60 min flow was so smooth and challenging, I practice for my anxiety and he got me completely out of my head and into my body. Thank you!

Wonderful community who continually surprises with their warmth and support of class members and appreciation of the instructors. Really special. Anytime I travel, I'm always looking out for a good yoga studio! A friend I the area recommended Orlando Power Yoga, so I checked it out for their Happy Hour class on Friday afternoon - WOW!! Just an incredible experience! Alex was out instructor and she did an incredible job leading a PACKED room. Made it very accessible regardless or your skill level. I don't travel with any yoga mat or towel, but you are able to rent materials there for a small additional fee. They lock the studio while you are in the class to secure your belongings. I would absolutely recommend this location if

It was very annoying that I liked the class but They have no yoga etiquete; Not good For people that wants to go meditate a bit before class and offer their practice since they won’t stop chatting like it’s “social hour” and not for beginners either since the instructor is not practicing along with the class.
Edit: however, it’s the best hot yoga I’ve found in Orlando so far. I guess is the way it goes in here, every studio has been “chatty” none beside this one is really hot flow!
Edit 2: I understand Orlando it’s a diferente yoga culture, and I’m telling you, I LOVE this

I've always had a decent experience at OPY, but the two stars comes from a particularly rude experience I had here and will never be back because of it. I frequently do hot yoga and know what I'm getting into with the heat and never have had an issue. However, one time I took a class here while I was menstruating and for some reason I kept getting light headed and nauseated. It got so bad to the point I really felt I would faint if I continued. Without disturbing the class I left the mat and exited the room to get some air and wait in the lobby until the class was over (my friend I drove

I have been so many yoga studios, but this one by far is the best!I love the full array of class options they have, so I usually go to their Monday and Wednesday 4:00pm class. It is perfect because it usually is a smaller class and I get to beat all of the traffic. The vibe here is a super relaxed, no judgment zone. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love going to Courtney's class. She is not only a yoga teacher, but does acupuncture and cupping, so is very knowledgeable about the body in general. Love everything about this studio! Highly recommend you check it out!

I love Orlando Power Yoga, it is an amazing studio. If you have never taken hot yoga, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. It will help you to get through your class with a little more ease. The teachers are great and every class is for beginners or experts. I took advantage of the 40 days for $40 And I really enjoyed taking classes and learning to relax, trust my body and get stronger.

If you are thinking of trying this studio, I highly recommend it.

I admit that this is not my favorite kind of studio. But many people love it. The day I was there it was very crowded and their hot yoga is really hot. The whole combination, combined with the instructor telling us the doors were locked and we couldn't leave made me claustrophobic and I left.
It's a big open gym type studio and for whatever reason, I always prefer smaller studios. I've done yoga for many years in many states--Ashtanga, Hatha, Baptiste, YMCA, Power . . . .This just wasn't quite my cup of tea.
If you need alignment cues or are a beginner, perhaps go to a

My home away from home. I can't say how much I love this studio, the instructors and the community of yogis that come to the classes. I consider myself an active person when it comes to running, going to the gym, and going to different boot camps, but I have to say nothing gives me as much of a fulfilling workout then the classes at OPY. After a hot and challenging class at this studio you gain so much relaxation and energy to take on the rest of the day! Be prepared to come to class ready to sweat.

I love this place! They have such a lovely, bright community and the classes and instructors are great. I've been to many different classes here and I feel they have a class for everyone. Personally I'm partial to Tyler's classes. They're intense, mindful and playful.
For me, the clapping at the end of classes takes some getting used to, I'm quite peaceful and quiet after shavasana and prefer to give my gratitude to the instructors through namaste and a bow, so for me it feels a bit abrupt when a round of applause happens directly after we've just quieted ourselves

Although all the instructors bring something to the table, I am little partial to Miss Cortney Singleton who manages to make me sweat and breathe deeper than the most of them while still smiling and keeping us on track. The flows are smooth and transition to poses make sense. And her choice of music is fresh. I am not on my head often, but try to keep this practice within arms length at least twice a week and more if I can fit it in. Although warm, with a bottle of water handy and my hand towel close I tend to make it to the end. All shapes and sizes are welcome. I will be back.

OPY is like a home to me. In my opinion, the best yoga studio in Orlando (I've been to a few). Both locations, dt and dr Phillips, are awesome! The instructors are so accommodating. Always helpful with postures and mentally bringing your back into the present moment.

OPY has helped me grow spiritually and physically, I have been practicing there for 4 years now. I love how each instructor has a different style because you never go to the same class twice. Alex, Kelly, janelle, Rieder,Cortney, & Fran are amazing ( as are all their instructors, just naming a few) ;)

I have been going here regularly for about 4 months. I'm a big fan of the style of yoga offered (relaxed, comfortable, but workout-oriented), the wide range of class times, and the wide range of teachers. The teachers are overall pretty great. I like Kelly and Ross. The teachers push you to do your best and stick it out despite the heat and intensity- I always feel great after. My only complaints are the overhead fluorescent lights in the main studio and the often overcrowded evening classes (especially Mondays). I think they are trying to remedy this by adding more classes. They do a great job

This is a great hot yoga studio in Orlando with some wonderful instructors. The Saturday morning classes are some of my favorites as I find it a great way to start the weekend. Some of the evening classes can be very full so if you are starting out, I recommend a day time or weekend class to get the basics without the crowd.

This is the best hot yoga studio I've ever found. The studio has the proper setup for hot yoga.....there isn't that smell of feet because the circulation is good. The teachers are all well trained and offer up some challenging and fun classes.
I will say I would not recommend most of their classes for yoga beginners. Yoga in itself can be challenging and adding heat when you're not familiar with at the basics may be too intense. I glimpsed through the ratings and it seems the poor ratings are due to personal Ego issues.
This is THEE place for yoga that will leave you feeling on Cloud 9 and take
