A: You can start by calling now or scheduling a time for me to call you for a 15 minute chat. On our call we will discuss your availability and needs. A: You'll just need need a mat to get started. During our first session I might recommend purchasing a few more items to benefit your practice such as blocks, blankets, or straps.

Brooke is extremely knowledgeable about her practice. She is wonderful with beginners and professionals alike. I work in the field of ultrasound and am always in need of adjustment, alignment, etc. due to the damaging effects of long term scanning on wrist/shoulder/back. Brooke always knows the best way to explain how to breathe into the stretches to reverse the damage done to the musculoskeletal system.
