Full Circle Yoga
Since 2003, Full Circle Yoga has earned a reputation as Orlando's "go-to" for a consistently great yoga practice. Located in the heart of charming Winter Park and originally established by Lewis Rothlein, FCY has been under the Directorship of Studio Owner, Christine Northcote, since 2009.

With sincere and unwearying devotion to her Central Florida yoga community, Christine is closely involved with day-to-day operations and evaluating the community's needs to make sure the studio is evolving to meet yogis where they are today.
Services
Expect a welcoming experience and well-balanced yoga practice from an experienced instructor. Yoga is an ancient and refined system for bettering your overall health-both physical and mental health. By connecting breath with movement, the mind and body are involved in the practice, which can create a deep effect on the entire psychophysical structure.
A beginner-friendly, 60-minute, foundational heated flow session (90 degrees) that offers an invigorating practice at a very reasonable pace with detailed instruction & modifications. Open to all! A fluid, vigorous practice, where poses are linked together to create a seamless "vinyasa" flow. Flow classes balance movement, strengthening, and stretching to rejuvenate the body and clear the mind.
Christine caught onto yoga while living and working in Southern California in the late 90's and has been on her mat ever since. She took ownership of Full Circle Yoga and pours her heart and energy into the studio and the 7 weekly classes and annual teacher training she leads.

When taking a class with Christine, you can expect motivating, clear, and concise instruction throughout a progressive, vinyasa-based journey that is just as mindful as it is vigorous. She encourages her students to be positive, present and consciously breathing. She is Yoga Alliance-certified by Prana Vinyasa, and has over three thousand teaching hours and countless continuing education hours.
We prioritize your wellbeing by maintaining a rigorous cleaning schedule and encourage our yogis to also practice their highest level of cleanliness. No touch entry: Students can pre-register and pay online before arrival for a no-touch entry and to limit time in the lobby. Hand sanitizers are available through the studio.
Our Annual Unlimited Members greatly contribute to our studio's great energy and welcoming culture. We value your feedback are truly led by your suggestions and ideas. Below are a few ways we return the favor and help you feel like a VIP. Priority notice on all events and special classes via email and our private Members Facebook group.

Extremely toxic!!! Avoid!!! If you go here, run away!!! Go to another yoga studio. I have been doing yoga before it blew up and became mainstream. This is a studio that will steer its students down the wrong path of a false sense of what yoga even is. 1) they do not know how to teach proper alignment. This can cause serious injuries! It can also create a body shape I've seen with SO MANY people trying to do yoga but not realizing they've been doing it wrong for years. It's not attractive.. 2) the studio itself does not set a good tone. Let's point out the lights. I have traveled

I absolutely love everything about this place. Grace is an amazing instructor, who did a great job of making me feel welcomed to the studio, and was very helpful. I really love the variety of classes to choose from. Yes you have the option to either take the class virtually, in person, they also have the option of doing Yoga outside at the Sculpture Gardens. Overall, I just love the whole vibe of this place. You feel great coming in, and you feel better even coming out. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is interested in doing Yoga for newbies, and the Yoga Guru's.

5 Stars for a yoga studio that has adapted to COVID-19 with live-streaming online classes ($10) as well as replay classes and on-demand.

I have a hard time being able to commit to live-streaming fitness classes because my schedule is a bit nuts, so I really appreciate being able to pay for a replay class (this is available for Sarah Burnett's classes on Wed/Fri) where they send me the link to the class after-the-fact and it's available for 48 hours so I can make it work whenever I can fit in the class.

It looks like becoming a monthly or unlimited streaming member gives you access to

I've only been here once since I was only visiting the area but I would love to keep coming back! It was my first time doing hot yoga and man was it intense but I loved it. The instructors are friendly and challenge while helping you at the same time. Parking is convenient, and the studio is large but intimate and welcoming. Like I said I would love to come back and try the rest of the classes.

I took a wonderful 9AM class here on a Friday. Plenty of parking in the lot which I appreciated. The class ended up being rather full with three rows of yogis. The music was very soft but you were still able to hear it. I do wish the instructor had spoken up. She seemed to be naturally soft spoken but in a room that large with the music playing, I had trouble hearing her in the front row. The class was challenging but offered modifications for everyone. Loved that we had an hour and fifteen minutes so you could really cool down at the end. Would definitely go back again!

Full circle is my favorite yoga studio that offers a variety of classes. The space itself is peaceful and simply decorated and always extremely clean and they offer alcohol spray to clean your mat/belongings after class. Every instructor I have had is well-trained and knowledgeable and adds their own style to each class with their music choice or the moves they choose for their class. Marilyn is one of my favorite instructors for her inspiring words throughout the class, playful yet poised demeanor, and intense flow that demonstrates her full knowledge of yoga. I've tried many yoga studios

I absolutely love this place!! I went there with one of my coworkers one afternoon after work, because it was convenient, as it was close to us. I bought the 3 for $25 and went every Monday at 4pm for class... My first class was with Elizabeth. And I enjoyed it so much I came back.

I love yoga, and I was looking for something close to work to make it easier for me to go either before or after work. And this studio is perfect, as it is right in the middle between my house and work. I was not only looking for something close, but also for a place that I felt comfortable. For me, yoga is all about

I tried Full Circle for the first time yesterday and was impressed!
Sara was good at swinging by to give me helpful cues when my form or posture was off. She also made sure to welcome me when I first walked in the door.
The studio C space is very intimate and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the end of the class when Sara kicked open the double doors which allowed the cool air and sound of wind chimes to permeate the class.
When my usual yoga studio isn't available, Full Circle will be by next go to!

Full Circle Yoga is my happy place! The studio is lovely with several classes every day. The staff are amazing. I love the variety of teachers and classes. You can find everything from beginner to mom & baby to Hot Power!
As with any good yoga studio, we leave our phones, keys, purses, and shoes in the cubbies provided in the lobby, just outside the class studio so as not to be distracted. For security and again, to limit distractions, the main doors are locked during class. Pease be sure to BE ON TIME or please BE PATIENT and wait for the next class!

I've been practicing at full Circle yoga for years and mostly full-time since Christine Northcote bought the studio in 2009. It is a studio that has integrity in the way they teach the instructors, run their classes and the studio. One of the reasons I continue to practice here is because of their respect in honoring the time of class start and class end. I appreciate that I feel safe there with locked doors during classes and it is a wonderful experience every day that I practice.

This is the studio that made me fall in love with yoga and myself while attending Rollins College. Now living in LA, I always drop in for a Christine flow when I visit-- they're simply THE BEST!

I have been practicing yoga for nearly 12 years and have had the fortune to practice in many strong yoga communities in the US, including Boulder, Colorado; San Francisco, and Los Angeles... Without a doubt, this is the best studio I have known. I have now been practicing here for two years, and this is my yoga home.

Full Circle is a warm and welcoming place; Elizabeth, Sarabeth, and Kristen, in particular, are human embodiments of sunshine. The instructors beautifully keep the spiritual and traditional elements of asana at the forefront, while also crafting classes that are accessible and beneficial

I absolutely love this yoga studio. Every time I show up for class, it feels like coming home (no matter how long it's been...) the staff is so welcoming and friendly and the teachers are amazing. I leave here feeling energized and centered every time. I even practiced in the pre natal classes all through my pregnancy! I highly recommend it.

I've taken yoga at four top studios/gyms in central Florida, and this is by far the best. Go to this studio once and you'll know why it's always packed: it's a uniquely wonderful experience.

I was first introduced to yoga by Christine before she owned the studio, and I instantly feel in love. Her flow classes twist and stretch you in alllll the right places, making you feel lighter than air when you leave, and her instruction is delivered calmly and clearly, with the perfect background music to boot (go to other yoga studios and you may understand how disruptive it is to your

Ive been to two classes here so far (prenatal classes) and i absolutely love it. Adrian is a wonderful teacher, who is also a midwife and doula. It's a relaxing class and she definitely helps you to relax and shares techniques about birthing. She also is willing to answer any questions you may have and really give you full insight on what to expect.

There are two prenatal classes, one on Thursday evening and Saturday morning. I've heard from other mommies to be that the Saturday classes are too full but of course the most convenient for those with busy schedules. I prefer the Thursday

It was my first time at hot yoga and here at Full Circle. Let me clarify it is not hot like a sauna. More like, the AC just isn't on, so you will survive! The classes are $15 for one, or $25 for three. I did the three classes, because I will definitely come back.

It is located in Winter Park and if you don't know where it is, you won't see it right away. Make sure you have your GPS on. I am so upset, I forgot our instructions name! Regan..ore Regar? So sorry, but he had a man bun and was a great instructor, knowledgeable, and just flowed very effortlessly. I was definitely sweating

I went to Yoga Basics as part of my ClassPass membership. While the moves were definitely basic, it was hardly very challenging and not much of a work out if I'm being honest. I am relatively new to yoga so I was helping to improve upon my form and technique. The instructor didn't do much correcting with anyone and really only the basic moves were taught. I would be happy to try a different class perhaps to get more of a challenge as many people like Full Circle Yoga.
There was only one bathroom and the lobby area was a little confusing. You have to put your shoes etc in cubby holes that

I have been attending the prenatal yoga class with Adrianna as much as my schedule allows since I was about 14 weeks along. This has been the single best activity I have done to help myself cope with the rapid body changes. I love how she will sometimes throw in an activity to help the class get used to the process of getting through contractions. She is a certified midwife assistant and very busy local doula. I highly recommend the class, not just for the yoga but to bring Adrianna's wisdom into your life!

Bought a 3-pack of classes to try it out, and it's just not my thing. The classes are completely jammed, and there is barely any room between students. The parking lot is likewise jammed, especially since the other tenants in the small complex have a "no parking" policy (even if their businesses are closed, which seems kind of silly). So it's just hard to park, and hard to practice.

I enjoyed Christine very much as an instructor. I also had as an instructor another lady who, although technically very good, was a very loud person, shouting in class. Not relaxing at all. I&apos

I first checked in on my second visit at Full Circle Yoga. For background, I've been practicing yoga off & on for well over 2 decades and I've seen the inside of a lot of the yoga studios: NY, Baltimore, outdoors, free community centers, you name it. Full Circle Yoga is in my top 3.

I started coming to participate in the Summer 30 day yoga challenge: complete at least 26 classes in 30 days. I completed 28. It was hard (they don't call it a yoga cakewalk!), I sweated profusely and I was dead tired most nights but this studio is now my happy place. The support that I've
