Services
The primary role of a doula is to provide women with continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Childbirth is a very emotionally charged event, and nobody knows exactly what labor will be like, even if they have given birth before.
Today many childbirth classes emphasize the role of the partner as coach, suggesting they educate themselves on how to help labor progress or help the mother cope with pain. This may be a lot to expect, especially if you have not been through the childbirth experience before. It is an emotionally charged event for you as well.
Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or undergoing fertility treatment, this six week series will support and inspire you to find meaning on your journey. A yoga practice including breathing techniques and meditation will help improve circulation and energy flow to the reproductive system and balance the hormonal system while nurturing your mind, body and spirit.
So many women have discovered how much better they can feel by doing yoga while pregnant. A yoga practice including breathing techniques and meditation designed for expectant women will help prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth and for your life as a parent. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed for women at all stages of pregnancy.
This playful class allows new moms to connect with their babies and reconnect with their body after pregnancy. The class combines postnatal yoga, baby yoga, and infant massage. The class will focus on poses that strengthen and tone your pelvic and abdominal muscles, and relieve neck and shoulder tension.

I met Adriana through her prenatal yoga class, which is amazing and something I highly recommend to every pregnant woman in Orlando! I quickly learned that she is so much more than a yoga instructor... Adriana is the person I trust most when it comes to pregnancy, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum care. Not only is she an expert on all these topics, but she is also the type of professional who genuinely cares about the people she works with.
I sought out a doula because I wanted to give myself the best chance at achieving a natural (vaginal, unmedicated) delivery. I chose to hire

Adriana came highly recommended by two of our family members and we feel SO blessed that we were introduced to her. During pregnancy, I attended her pre-natal yoga classes which were seriously the best thing ever! I’ve never left a yoga class feeling so good physically and mentally. I also had pre-natal osteopathic treatments with Adriana to help my body be as prepared as possible for a great birth and recovery. It was so nice getting to know her better prior to the delivery through those sessions, she always knew just the right thing to say to put my mind at ease and was a wealth of knowledge

My husband and I agree hands down that having Adriana as our doula for all 3 of our children’s births was one of the best decisions we’ve made. To say she was an asset is an understatement. Having her on hand to ask questions in the months before the birth, having her there during the birth as our advocate and labor assistant and taking advantage of her osteopathic services that she provided us and our children along the way, which on so many occasions relieved pain, aligned our bodies, and brought wholeness-helped bring out the best possible outcome for our birthing experiences. Adriana is a gift to women, babies, and families. I have had the pleasure of working with her throughout my pregnancy in her prenatal classes which are a wonderful balance of physical flow designed to nourish the pregnant woman's body, and educate/empower mothers-to-be mentally and spiritually as they prepare their bodies for birth and motherhood. Adriana has a wealth of information on a wide range of areas concerning prenatal, postpartum, fertility, etc. I had a terrible pain in my SI joint and thought "this is just a side effect of pregnancy" but after seeing Adriana just a couple of times for

Adriana has been a huge support before, during, and after birth. I felt so much better after an osteopathic treatment during pregnancy and it was so helpful during birth to have someone to support me and my partner with encouragement and labor coping techniques, always keeping in mind how I wanted the birth to go and working with me, my partner, and the hospital staff to keep everything moving along. There are no guarantees during pregnancy and birth but hiring a doula really helped both mentally and physically during this stage of life.

Being an incredibly Type A / task-oriented person, I needed a grounding force like Adriana to reassure and help me refocus on enjoying the journey through all the unknowns with the pregnancy of my firstborn Giovanni.
In pregnancy, you are not really in control which was quite challenging for me and I need her as my guardrails to really focus not so much on when, how, etc. but just to go with the flow. When I hit a wall during the birth and was ready to give up, Adriana helped me through and find the inner strength and push through to that post-birth high.
Moreover, in the third trimester as I

Hiring Adriana was THE peace of mind my husband and I needed as we approached the birth of our first child. In our meetings before the birth, her calming, interested and informed presence was reassuring and confidence-inducing. When it came time for labor and delivery, her accessibility, responsiveness, and again, her spirit of calm and wisdom, proved incredibly valuable. She came highly recommended and I highly recommend her, as well!

Adrianna was a life saver for me. She helped me get back on track with breastfeeding. I had oversupply problems and my son had to use a nipple shield. She helped me down regulate my milk supply to fit his needs, develop an effective pumping schedule, & improve his latch. I no longer need to use a nipple shield! I'm so happy to have Adrianna's support.

I cannot fully express our gratitude for Adriana Bäbler's wisdom, support, care, compassion, and guidance as our doula, but I'll try.
I've attended her pre-natal yoga class twice a week for 7 months of my pregnancy, and only missed 3 classes. She is an amazing yoga instructor for pregnant women. I also had two individual sessions with her close to my due date which made big differences in my body. The morning after our session, my belly dropped significantly, which was the goal.
As far as labor, she was up with us for almost 50 hours, helping us to keep positive through the contractions
