Great place to live . I must say the rooms are huge and clean . My kids love the pool and playhouse they have . Way better than other places I’ve lived in Louisville . Thanks regal park :)

I’d say this was by far the worst property I resided at in Louisville. The name should not be luxury anything especially when tenants have to live with bugs. Extremely unprofessional and insensitive to their tenants. We’ve called about bugs since February 2021 and it’s been months and still seeing them even after being throughly exterminated as they would say. Cleaned and filled the pool a couple months ago just to let it get filthy with leaves and not be used. Desiree the office lady needs a new job or a customer service class! I would not recommend a pet live here. Not worth $950 at all

Best Place to live in Louisville! The rooms are big, there's a pool, playground, gym..... My kids love the playground! The maintenance and customer service crews also have fast response times. I will definitively stay her for many more years to come!

Terrible everything from the staffing to maintenance. If you never had to deal with rodents and bugs I recommend not to come here . Rats and roaches and they have black diamond as a regular every week and nothing changes . Never had a bug or rat problem. Trash is everywhere everyday . Glass broke every where kids can’t even play outside if they wanted to

Very unprofessional the office lady doesn’t know how to speak to people in a professional manner, they have roaches infested in there walls and don’t tell you about the infestation until YOU see them. Little to no communication when it comes to things that may affect you or your apartment. Parking is horrible people hit your car because there’s no lines and if there is, it’s uneven so you’re parking crooked. You gotta make your own parking.

I have lived in this apartments twice the first time was before the named change to regal park and the second time after the name changed both times I was there for 3 plus years I love the apartments they are very spacious. I am currently looking to move back to regal you are never going to find the perfect apartment no matter where you live but when you find a great apartment with apartment managers that is trying there best to make it a good living environment that's perfect enough for me I love these apartments and cannot wait to call them home again

Highly don’t recommend!!! I ignored the reviews on this place and it was a huge mistake! This has been the worst experience. Good luck getting anything fixed by maintenance. We once waited a week to get heat and it was freezing outside! We have issues with our shower all the time. I would say at least 2 weeks out of the month the water will be shut off for “issues”. This complex will do anything to get money from you. The laundry room has 4 washers and 4 dryers that do NOT work half of the time. They have signs posted stating that they will throw your laundry away if left unattended. But

Love the fact that carpet is only in bedrooms---love it! All rooms are nice and roomy. No problems with maintenance, timely spraying every month. Best of all---Ms Dooley is great site manager and she takes care of her residents as best as she can.
