I had a rather complex slip and fall case, with significant injuries sustained. The hotel refused to cooperate with a medical claim. So I looked for someone to advise on how to handle things, and luckily found the Banafshe Law Firm. Ryan was my first point of contact and he was great. Do not call this law firm,They claim that they give a free consultation,but when you ask them 1 simple question as to whether some particular request from an insurance company is the only avenue( by law) as a potential client, they will not answer you,because they say" you are not our "paid" client,therefore " we "wont" answer your question".They only care about making money,I was actually considering hiring them for my case,but they proved to me that their objective is only about their bank account.Stay away from businesses like this,There are people out there

My daughter was involved in a car accident and I was referred to this law firm by a family friend. Since my daughter was a minor at the time of the accident I handled everything for her. Ryan first represented me in 2002 for a business case. When I got into an accident I called Ryan to get a referral to an attorney that could help me. To my surprise he told me that his firm now only handles personal injury cases. After we talked, he offered to send someone to my house with the paperwork but I opted to go into his office since I have never been in an accident before.
