Pat and her Team is top notch! Any issue I ever experienced was resolved promptly as a tenant. In addition to the attentiveness, Pat herself even went out of her way to check on me personally during our extreme unexpected weather to make sure all was well. I've dealt with my fair share of property managers in my younger years and a couple in the last few years and Select Property Management Group was by far the best I have ever had interactions with of them all.

My husband and I have been with Select Property Management for almost 2 years now. We have rented from other property management companies and noone compares to the professionalism and compassion they have for their renters! Hands down, 5 star company! Patricia and Belinda have been fantastic along with Jennifer Johnson the maintenance coordinator. We had some work orders and replacements happen in the past few weeks. Jennifer (Jen) has been on top of everything and communicating every step of this process with us making it a breeze on our end.

I have only great things to say about this company. They managed the rental of our home in Stone Oak while we lived in Europe for 5.5 years. The team was very responsive to all our needs and to the needs of our tenants. Replies were always within 24 hours and often within the hour. Worked first with Heather then the last couple of years with Belinda. They are resourceful and have positive energy on requests and challenges. I have been a tenant of Select Property Management since 2018, and I can say hands down they are the best property management company I have ever dealt with. All repairs are addressed promptly, the payment and maintenance system is extremely easy to access, and they always respond to questions or concerns immediately. We have had nothing but a positive experience with this management company. The property managers are very responsive and work hard to take care of us.
