I have been going to Dr. Francisco since I was 16. After I got married and started my own family, I couldn’t trust anyone else with my children’s teeth. So they all go to Dr. Francisco. We have been going to her for over 20 years. She has worked with me with my dental phobia since I had a bad experience when I was little. She is very professional and her work is always amazing as her personality! Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

After a year and a half in the pandemic, I returned to Dr. Francisco to get a deep cleaning for my teeth. She was fantastic about telling me about the procedure, how my insurance would cover it, and after care. I love going to Dr. Francisco's office because of the friendly front desk service and the dental assistants are amazing. And of course, Dr. Francisco is an amazing dental practitioner, kind and empathetic.

This was my first visit to a dentist office in YEARS. I didn't know what to expect going in. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendless and comfortability I received - from reception, to the dental assistant and Dr Francisco herself. She walked me through the care I would need for my specific problems and also referred me to a specialist for things not offered there. Adriana was also super friendly and wonderful. Will definitely be coming back here for all of my dental needs.

At my old dentist, even when I had an appointment, I was always made to wait for 10-15 minutes before I even got to sit at the chair. Not at Dr. Francisco's office! I always receive the best and speedy service. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and always answers my questions or provide tips/suggestions for improving my dental health.

Update after dental work complete. Went in for cleaning, needed root canal, crown. Completed 1st time ever root canal, office Dr. Irma sent me to was wonderful, even had a cool technology that slipped over my tooth and protected other teeth/tongue from flopping around. See other review. First visit w Dr. Irma was fast, cleaning went well, plan of care was not explained enough for my personal needs. But after calling my dental insurance, and educating myself the few questions I had were answered by oral surgeon. After root canal, came back to Dr. Irma at did the dreaded grind down of natural tooth

I was looking for a dentist with my new insurance today decided to try this one unfortunately Claudia the receptionist was so unprofessional when asked if the dentist was a good experience dentist since I have bad experience in the past instead of saying something encouraging about her dentist she said to me well if you're looking for someone to just refer you to a orthodontic then we suggest you shouldn't assign your home office here because we are looking for clients that will use our services here that was the most unprofessional response I've ever heard in my life so I explain

Got to our First appointment at this location. We got there on time. After approx 10 min the doctor comes out and talks to the receptionist. The receptionist lets the gentlemen next to us know that they are behind and that it will be another 20 min to be seen. Then addressed us and let us know it will be another 45 min wait for us. (Which we didn't believe since the gentleman was upset and said this always happens he always has to wait a long time) She also asked if we wanted to reschedule or wait. We left and didn't reschedule. Be prepared to wait or be asked to reschedule even though

Fast and excellent service! All of the staff here are wonderful and great at communicating. The dental cleanings are through and quick. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes and so far have been here three times. They have a TV in the lobby and near the dental chair. All of the equipment is very clean and the work is quality. I really enjoy the cleanings here. My insurance really recommended her too.

I took my elderly mother to this dentist for a cleaning and a partial that was broken. They sent it out to be repaired. It broke again the next day. We had it repaired again. It broke again. When I went back to pick it up the second time, she told me "not to bring her back again" that she "didn't want to deal" with my mother's dental problems. I was shocked to be told that. Very unprofessional. If you are unable or unwilling to help a customer, perhaps you should nicely refer to someone who could. Not just say, "don't bring her back her". AWFUL

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but Irma makes it so comfortable for me. She's so nice and easy going. I've been coming here for the last 2-3 years and I've never had a bad experience. I'm never going to another dental place, unless I move.
The women who work here are very friendly too. Thank you to everyone who always makes my visits awesome and relaxing! I know this can be a difficult job especially if people hate or are scared of going to the dentist.

Wait time is horrendous. Both my husband and I were told we had to replace our old fillings. I've had mine for at least 65 years. Recently my husband went to another dentist who discovered the replacement fillings are already cracked. He just got them from Irma last June. We believe she's there for the money. Basically, she's a thief.

Love Irma and all her employees! I've been coming here 2+ years and have always been satisfied. I'm sort of a baby when it comes to the dentist but Irma has soft hands and I'm never left feeling pain or discomfort. She always asks if I'm okay and makes me feel at ease. The wait times are fast and the front desk receptionists are friendly and prompt.

Very accomodating when I called to inquire... I was able to get an appointment for my kids right away... Love the Text confirm and reminder of the appointment! Today my kids had their dental check and Teeth cleaning done... Dr Irma Francisco and her staff are very friendly and professional... Dr Irma Francisco took time to explain the proper way of brushing and flossing to my kids... Its better when they hear it from the dentist! Great experience!
