The only fear I have is the exit speed bump plate is unseated with sharp looking metal exposed. Makes me worried that the bump may damage my tires. While some of our residents are students (we are in a convenient location near MTSU), we are open to all qualified renters. That's no problem at all! We can pair you up with people who have similar lifestyles, interests, etc.
Our property has ample parking for both residents and their guests. We do not host assigned parking at this time. However, we do not allow inoperable or expired vehicles, boats, or campers to be parked onsite. I'm trying to figure out why The Pointe at Raiders is sending me a bill for a unit that I never signed a lease for. The unit that I did sign for has been fully paid for the duration of the lease and notice to vacate was given in a timely manner. Management has not reached back out to me to resolve this issue!!!

Even if it may seem like they don’t care or aren’t answering the phone.. they actually are pretty understandable.. if you csnt find someone to take over your lease, they match you up with someone when they reached 100 applicant.. I would definitely recommend this place.. but realize once you sign a lease, and it’s approve you can’t back out.

I applied for an apartment back in june and was supposed to move in in july but because of covid my job screening took awhile and i finally got my job and i called them multiple times anx let them know i would have the money by august 6th but it seemed the people at the front desk were there more than the managers. I got an email saying that i had til the 19th of august to fulfill my conditions to move in. Next day i get an email saying that my lease was cancelled because i didnt pay the $1,237 by august 1. And that i was still financially responisble for the year long lease of the apartment even

My experience here at the pointe has been the worst. my patio door has been broke for a year from where someone broke in my apartment . I keep putting work orders but nothing happens. I been here through all 3 owners and nothing has changed. I even got my lawyer friend involved because of the things that hasn't been upheld on the office part. I truly wouldn't recommend you to move in here unless you trying to save money but then again you get screwed cause they always adding hidden fees and let not get started on parking. they pick and choose who car to tow I witnessed cars sit here for months

PLEASE do not stay here! If you can afford anywhere else, please live there and not here. Staff in unhelpful, wifi doesn't work, my carpet has so many stains on it from the previous tenant, stairs have mold on them. It takes them forever to come fix anything. My microwave doesnt work and my desk is falling off the wall after I have called and sent so many emails regarding it. They say they will create a work order and when they do, it gets marked complete shortly after with no one coming to fix it. WORST DECISION of my life. If I could break my lease, I would in a heartbeat.

Before I share my experience I would like to give some history. I see so many negative comments I feel the need to share. Two years ago when I first moved into the complex, I experienced some of the same problems that other tenants complain about. I know what it's like to go through those bad situations. Believe me, I have lived through them too. Since management has changed, I can honestly say that I have seen a difference, and believe credit should be given where credit is due. Office staff is completely unprofessional, rude and not competent. In particular MANAGEMENT. I rented out 3 rooms from them just to move into my apartment and have NO LIVING ROOM FURNITURE & Extremely DIRTY MATTRESSES in all 3 rooms with storage closets that I can not even open. Tara one of the managers advised it would be rectify. To the date im still unable to open my closet doors and The ENTIRE apartment is ROACH INFESTED. I went to the office in tears literally to see what can be done, ROACHES are still everywhere, I still have no end tables, coffee table or access to my closet. I have email
