Keri Honea has, in all honesty, not been practicing yoga for decades. She was talked into trying out yoga with a friend in 2014. Keri begrudgingly went, strongly believing that yoga was just a bunch of hippie dippie baloney. By her first class, she was HOOKED. A few months in, she wanted to be a teacher.
