I have been without a working toilet for going on two months now. With no compensation, Inoperable lights for more than 6 months and when I go in to ask about the status my work orders the staff can never seem to remember or validate my issue. And the tenants throw trash outside for days in front of other people’s doors.

Moving to Ga. I rushed to find something for my children. But this place was a HUGE MISTAKE. From the time my application got excepted there’s been nothing but “I’m sorry I gave you the wrong information”.
Maintenance doesn’t come out. And you WILL need maintenance your first week there.
The units don’t hold heat or air which is typical but the huge gaps in the door allows for ALL TYPES of insects to enter your dwelling.
The office people do not follow up on anything.
They give an option to pay your rent online for and extra $50. It really isn’t the home your looking for. NOT

It was a mistake moving here. I sent my boyfriend to check the place out and he really liked it. Said it was a nice apartment for what it’s worth. But after moving in, this place has been nothing but issues. One after the other. The office can never be contacted and the people working there are the least professional people I’ve ever met in my life. They lied about the pet fee, they lied about the washer and dryer (which has been on back order apparently and I’ve been without one for a month now since we moved in), i’ve seen more roaches than i’d care to admit, crawling out of the drains

I would strong encourage anyone considering this complex to only live here as a last resort! My tenancy has been problematic from the moment I signed my lease where I arrived to find a filthy roach infested apartment. Maintenance work orders are consistently completed late violating the lease agreement. The leasing office does not bother to read the language of your individual lease and corporate does not respond to phone calls or email attempts. The behavior of the organization is unacceptable and I personally believe that no one should stay here.

The absolute worst! Do not move here! Aside from the ROACHES EVERYWHERE , the new leasing office staff is rude and unprofessional. I have never seen people that are supposed to provide customer service with such a disregard for people. Even down to the “manager”, she’s the worst of them all. She doesn’t manage anything but her mouth. Maintenance requests are not handled in a timely manner. I’m going on week 2 with no heat in my apartment. Again, there are roaches everywhere! There’s nothing to do to get rid of them because there are sooooo many cracks & crevices in the walls etc for

I WAS AWAKEN TODAY SEPTEMBER 26 , 2021 BY A ROACH FALLING ON MY FACE. I hope to post a better review in the near future but as of now I rate this place with 2 stars and I’m being courteous. We were told we would have washers and dryers upon moving in. It has been 3 weeks and we have not been updated and the front office does not answer the phone. When we moved in everything LOOKED nice. We soon found numerous issues. Broken shower knobs , broken closet racks. Water leaking from the ac unit which leads me to my biggest issue with this place. ROACHES ON ROACHES ON ROACHES. 2/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! The 2 points are for the washer and dryer that comes with the unit. The pools never opened even after being told several times that they would. Never got access to workout room. Roaches everywhere even in the mailbox. Tub peeled days after moving in no one came to fix even after being told twice. People throw trash on the ground when trash can is completely empty. And MUSHROOMS are growing in my bathroom!!

I really don’t know where to start. This place was very nice once moving in but after the new management, my thoughts have drastically changed. They never answer the phone. They take months to complete maintenance request. They don’t clean the community as they should. We pay for pest control & when you have them come they never show up! The office is never open as it should be. & the bugs! I am so tired of fighting bugs. Like at this moment I should be the exterminator! They went up on rent & I thought things would be better but they’re worse! We give these people our money just so they

I would not move there I’ve been there for three years I’ve never been late on my rent I got laid off I supplied them with all of my departure letters from my employer everything they required including where I applied for unemployment they are trying to charge me almost $1500. They put late fees on me which they have not explained my lease was up… in April so I’ve been moving some of my things they sent me a really ugly email telling me that I didn’t qualify for any assistance due to covid-19 virus in trying to set up a payment plan. And the place is full of roaches

I have to say that in this pandemic situation that we’re currently facing in the country right now it has been really stressful finding a new place to live. I can honestly say that the staff at Trellis was absolutely amazing with every question I had and helped me with any doubt I had in my mind about moving here I reached out to them and the staff… went above and beyond to make sure I received an excellent experience do to the circumstances of our country right now. I took the virtual tour and I was very please with everything about my new home and I can hardly wait to become a part

If this complex is supposed to be an example of living in Marrietta you're better off somewhere else. I'm going into my 2nd year here and it has been a downhill ride. Children run all over the grounds at all hours of the night. The ground is constantly littered with trash, debris, and even toys/bikes. Parents consistanly let their kids run… throughout the halls of the complex while screaming and playing on the steps. The playground is destroyed with no signs of it being repaired so they have nowhere to play. I can even attest to multiple fights on the grounds where the adults were cheering

My family and I are current residents at Trellis Apartments and this community is so clean ,beautiful and well kept and most importantly a safe and quiet place to live .I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live .The staff is amazing as well as Ms .Isa who is the Property Manager is such a wonderful and great spirited women of God and she has a heart of Gold .
