STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have only lived here for 4 months and it feels like an eternity. I have had so many terrible things happen here in such a short period of time. My boyfriend and I moved here from out of state and as he was driving up, Millie, calls me to let me know that the 1/1 that I already put a deposit on was not going to be available until later in the month so she moved us into a studio apartment that is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. I just recently moved into this beautiful community. Upon arrival, I was greeted with respect and genuine kindness from Millie (Asst. Manager). She not only help me get my perfect apartment, she walked me thru the entire process. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Maintenance comes quickly when you send a request for something, in which you can do online or call in. The amenities such as the pool, laundry room and the workout room are incredible. This is the best place that I've ever lived in. Bel-Aire apartments are within walking distance to Dollar Tree, CCT and other much needed businesses

I lived in a brand new studio apartment for a year, which are as nice as they seem. The management and maintenance team were professional, however the apartment itself was the reason for most of my issues. I experience many issues (floods, sewage smell, lack of weather proofing) and most things were resolved the first time they were brought up. But if it wasn't one thing it was another.

I DO NOT recommend anyone to move to these apartments!!!!! They sell you a dream of what things will be like and nothing is given! Maintenance is okay but as far as the management it’s HORRIBLE!! We’ve been complaining about the neighbors being super noisy, and nothing’s been done. There’s leaking in the apartments and nothings been done about it either. We’re breaking our lease yet again because no one wants to deal with the problems. ALSO the place has termites!! The office “never” gets your emails or calls! They always play dumb until you call corporate on them! DO NOT MOVE TO
