If you have no other option, then choose this place. The staff is unprofessional and will blame you if you call about Anything in the place You live! DO NOT MOVE HERE, not worth your money or the headache! My stove sparked and I was told,”I have one and it’s never happened to me.” The closet fell and broke my daughters tv and chair. Michelle’s response,”sometime they come off the hendges.” Staff came in my apt and moved my things and did not put it back. I called. Michelle said,” oh I’m sure they wouldn’t have done that.” What?! I have no reason to call them and make up things

I spent months looking for an apartment and narrowed it down to three. Everything I was told before applying changed after I applied. The rent rate increased, the refundable administrative fee was no longer being applied to the rent, I was charged additional fees on top of the normal application, administrative, security deposit and pro rated rent. The staff is so unprofessional. I had to drive to the office because no one returned my calls regarding my calls, I emailed and called and finally received info less than 48hrs before move in. This company has literally put me in a situation . Michelle

As a current resident I’ve had to deal with the fact that mold has infiltrated my apartment and has ruined some of my own personal belongings. They’ve only cleaned my ducts and tried to treat the walls but they did not go through the entire apartment properly. These are molds spores just waiting to spread all over the apartment again very frustrating to have to deal with this especially when coming home from long days at work

Let me say, I love the woodsy views. However, they are not practical for these buildings because there have been so so many roaches inside and outside. This is after multiple sprays, inside and out.
I tried to live with this anyway. Suffer through.
But, after today I have reached my limit with all things here. I spent an hour having my phone call picked up and hung up on. I couldn’t

I was scheduled to move in today and decided to walk away from the lease without signing. While waiting to complete the move in process police arrived to discuss trespassing on the property, and I overheard discussions of potential burglary. A current resident walked in and reported a roach infestation - they were coming out of the vents and she stated that they had fallen on her from the ceiling. The resident also stated that maintenance requests had gone unaddressed for a long time. My gut told me to walk away so I did. While the property itself wasn’t a good fit and there were issues in communication

I like living in here. Apartments are nice renovated, They always take care of the landscape, neighbors don’t mind your business, the garbage pick up is 6days a week( what is nice to prevent, smell, insects and other animals). The office is always willing to help and most of the time they pick up the phone or return your calls/emails. The manager is great! Always willing to help and solve the problem. ;)

So far my experience has been great. Any issues or concerns maintenance staff have been to correct the issues. Alvin and Kencia have been awesome during my move to Crestmont. Jeremy and Calvin have come to check on any issues I was having, both in a professional manner. I enjoy it here. Glad to call Crestmont my new home!!!
