I’ve lived here for almost a year now, I just transferred to a larger one bedroom apartment and signed another year lease- the property management was so nice and waived all transfer fees for me to upgrade to a larger apartment. I haven’t had any issues since living here! Any time I had an issue (garbage disposal not working or dishwasher) they came quickly and repaired. The complex is nice, quiet, and all neighbors are super friendly. Chantelle is great and always extremely helpful! I think that it’s accurately priced for the location and size of apartments. I would definitely recommend

Agent Olivia Bush greeted me with such a welcoming smile even though I believe she was in the middle of another task. The whole process, she made me feel calm with her friendliness and professionalism! We all know moving can be stressful and U thank Olivia and Chantelle for making me feel so welcomed! I would recommend Wood Pointe!

I lived at WoodPointe for nearly a year and I have not had a single issue with the apartment. Very calm, quiet neighborhood. The only thing I can complain about is the gym. They were renovating the fitness area for almost our whole term of living there and we only got to enjoy 3 months of it being open.

The new Property Manager, Tanya, and Leasing Specialist, Janelle, are absolutely WONDERFUL! Although Tanya became the property manager at the tail end of our lease, It was such a breath of fresh air to have a property manager who truly CARES about her tenants. Janelle is also amazing! She always has a smile on her face when you walk through the door and she is very personable. If you want property managers who truly care about you, then Woodpointe is an excellent choice! My husband and I were sad to say goodbye to these two amazing ladies.

There’s a new office manager, Millie, and office assistant. They both have been amazing so far. They have answered my many calls and emails and were extremely flexible with me when I moved in. I changed my date multiple times and had some issues with renters but Millie was so kind and patient. This is my first apartment and they truly bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable and answer every single one of my questions. I’ve had zero issues with parking or bugs. We did have an issue getting enough hot water and maintenance came the very next day and fixed it. The price of the apartment
