Our office doors are open to all visitors and walk-ins are welcome! While we look forward to seeing our community in person, we ask that residents and guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing throughout the leasing office and common areas at this time. Our team continues to take a measured approach out of caution and concern for the well-being of our residents, associates, and anyone we interact with.

Listen to everyone else that has posted a negative review because it’s true! This place is disgusting and poorly built from one end to the other. The roaches must come from within in the building because not even their “extermination” rids them and there is no end in sight They show up everywhere from the kitchen to the floor to the walls. EVERYWHERE. Pay a little more and go elsewhere. This is a trashy apartment complex and I would never live there again. I couldn’t wait until my lease expired before moving elsewhere.

Where can I start L.Morales is a awesome manager and very concerned about her resident's. She communicates well and she has great attention to detail.
The maintenance department Fernando is Heaven sent.I love this guy. He goes over and beyond to help. I am extremely grateful for The Taylor apartments!!

Lived there for several years and continuously dealt with roaches, due to lack of maintenance by property owner.Overall I will not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. When the Taylor’s took over the apartment complex they raised our rent and the office management had poor customer service skills.

Less than 0. The worst feeling I've ever had in my life before moving to a new place. The face of the ladies in the office was totally unwelcoming. They are rude and the place is full of junk and roaches. I'm going to give to the best advice. Don't move in here

Please if I can help you don't move here! They are money hungry here they will lie and tell you they will fix things that still are not fixed. I've been here 6 months and nothing has been done and all they do is talk is circles about fixing it! They have roaches and expect you not to spray your own place yet the people they use just make the roaches come out more! They will lie to get you to sigh the lease so WARNING don't move here plus the walls are so thin you here everything next door and from the people that stay behind you!
