So recently I complained about the smell leaking from my vent into my room, it had been coming from this nasty man in the room next door to me; (he never attempts to fix the horrid smell that emanates from his room). When i first saw my room with the landlord when i was on my tour the foul smell was already present before i had even moved in to the room. I lived here for about two years. The management is very strict, but mostly fair. If you fail to live up to contract at all, they will have no mercy on you. Also, they will aggressively charge you for any cleaning fees upon moving out. The apartments themselves are okay, especially for the price. They definitely overcharged me for over $200 of cleaning fees for my tiny studio apartment, despite the fact that I had spent hours cleaning it upon leaving. It wasn't perfect, but they should expect some normal wear and tear. I was on a month-to-month lease (due to COVID) and I got a new job in Spokane

The leasing manager I spoke with was SO rude and disrespectful. I asked the typical questions you’d ask while inquiring about vacancies and she was just so annoyed and responded to me like I was stupid and incompetent. I couldn’t imagine living in a complex that was managed by someone so angry all the time. Please do better.

UPDATE: After I had already paid their final invoice, they gave me some money back since they had rented my old apartment before the end of the month. Good! (They could have kept it all, and I would never have known the difference.) But... They also increased their cleaning fee from $125 to $225. (And this for a small studio apartment that I had spent hours doing my best to clean before moving out.) So they gave me $100 less of a refund than they should have. Bad!

The worst office management I ever meet!
We apply for an commercial space that they has available. It take them 2 weeks and half to tell me that they lease to a different company! I was calling them every day and they keep telling me that tomorrow maybe they will have answer and keep laing me! It doesn't Fit in my mind how they operate!

Do not move into these apartments, especially if it's still being managed by Marilyn. There's a lot I could say, but I'm going to try to keep it brief. If you live here, your unit is going to get inspected when it's close to time to renewing your lease. They say if you have any issues with your unit that aren't resolved, they won't renew your lease or you'll have to pay more per month etc. Be warned that this is just a ruse to charge you more without being upfront and honest about it. If I can rate this as below zero stars, I will. This is the apartment from hell. Quite literally. It is owned by DGP which stands for Devil's Gate Properties. Recently, we had one of our car's passenger side window siding pried open. I had to make a police report. The act is just so brazen because the car is parked practically right in front of our doorstep.
There are also rude non tenant rude individuals who regularly trespass into the apartment complex and badgers other residents. The manager does nothing to keep the safety and security of its residents.
