We had come across a couple issues, but they were quickly taken care of. Right off the bat, I'm liking the place and management is giving off a great impression. I don't like coming off as picky, but management was super professional and let us know they would take care of it before move in. Move in was fairly easy.

I have been living at 95 Burnett since 2015. Since the change of owners my experience has been excellent. The office managers are delightful and professional. Maintenance response time is excellent! If I had to voice any complaints it would be the yearly rent increase. (Although it was not increased this year due to Covid19 which I think was very considerate!) Also, they no longer clean the carpets. Other than that, I’m very happy here and plan to continue living here for the long haul and will continue to recommend to others. I’ve had 4 friends move in since I’ve been here!

I've been through my share of apartments in my lifetime and I've learned that there is one feature, above all else, that really matters when it comes to choosing where you call home: The staff. Julianne, April, and Aaron have been, by far, the most personable and helpful group that I've ever experienced. They have made my time here an absolute treat. Whenever I had a problem, whether it was a maintenance issue or a financial question, they were always quick to respond.
Because of a personal matter, I've been forced to relocate and break my lease. Even in this situation, they have been very understanding

What a Blessing to find a "homey" Apt building downtown Renton! The rental process was smooth thanks to the competent and professional guidance of Julienne! "Work Orders" submitted were handled in a timely manner to "T" thanks to Rich! Neighbors smiling and friendly. Quiet environment. A pleasure after having experienced the opposite living in the Highlands. We are pleased after finding this gem!😁

Recently moved in to the apartment complex. Only great things to say on all the leasing staff! They made it super easy for me to sign a lease and moving in. Great location near downtown and restaurants in the area. The property is well maintained, manged and clean. Happy to be part of the community and looking forward to the events!

So let's start with that my wife and I lived there for 2 years. Paying all our bills on time, never had any problems. After the first year they raised our rent in 100$. On the second year they tried to raise it in 400$!!! For 12 months lease. If we wanted a month to month it would be 1300$ more!!!! Insane and I'm sure illegal as well. We had to move out. Now they sent us a bill of 269$ on top of our security deposit for small things that supposed to be part of their responsibilities. They will try to take any penny they can from you. The building is nice, elevator takes hours to reach your floor

95 Burnett is top notch-- from the building staff, to the building dwellers, to the building itself! One of my favorite thing about living at 95B is that you're always running into diverse, friendly faces. Ever since moving in, we have yet to have a negative experience... it's beautiful living spaces, quiet during quiet hours, and pet-friendly. In the lobby, you'll notice awesome black and white portraits of some of the most known and renown parts of our beloved downtown Renton! What can I say... this place is home!

I lived at 95 Burnett for about four years. I saw the building management change and what started out as very good to great staff only got better!!! Julianne is amazing!!! The maintenance staff is very quick to resolve a problem and very professional.
The only reason I moved was because I bought a place, although I wished (and asked repeatedly) why they wouldn’t convert to condos. I understand the rental market is crazy and the prices may seem high to some, but my rent was still lower than ANYTHING around.

I highly recommend 95 Burnett apartments! From the moment I inquired about this space, the staff was knowledgeable of the floor plans, offered the opportunity to walk through the available floors plans and they helped make my move in smooth. The best part is my apartment is updated, spacious and has all the amenities I need. Most people think moving is a burden but this place really makes moving a more enjoyable experience. If anyone is looking for a comfortable, trustworthy place to live, I without hesitation refer to this property.

I lived at 95 Burnett for several years. The location was great for walking to supermarkets, work, banks, bus station, post office, parks, etc. The staff was great. Alma at the front desk was always helpful regarding any issue. The fixtures, paint, carpet, appliances were all in great condition when we moved in. If anything ever needed work in the apartment (fix a faucet, replace a bulb, etc) Luis would get it done quickly and get it done right. The rest of the staff was great as well with very little turnover.
