Alaire has been a great move for our family. The location is central and convenient. The staff are also extremely helpful and have been very accommodating! Specifically, Trevor has great customer service and helped us make this apartment into a great home.

I'll just moved from Mexico to Seattle, WA area. I couldn't find a better place to live and settle in that this fantastic apartments. Alaire has everything I need: it is a super centric place, exactly in the middle of bigger places like Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, tops 20 min driving distance.
It is a great zone to go out and take a walk, and has super centric places you will surely need, like Walmart, Fred Meyer, ATMs, T-Mobile, everything you can possibly need is around here, about 5-8 min walking distance.
Did I mentioned we have our own Gym, pool, hot tub, utilities and more? in one word

There is always some people working on grass, clean floors, take care leaves. They keep the environment clean and friend. There is always answer the phone or talk to tenant in the office. The service is five stars.

I really like this property. It is clean, the units are updated and really nice, and the staff is really friendly. There is plenty of resident parking and lots of guest parking available on the streets. It is quiet and has a good variety of amenities. So far any issues I have had regarding maintenance have been handled quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this property!

I am so glad that the management has recently changed. You can tell that they are making an effort to provide with best service. I am happy that the work orders get taken care of quick and the place is clean. I love the fact that they are doing amazing events this year.

I would like to take time to specifically give a positive review for Jose (I think his last name started with a "D" but I'm not 100% sure) from the Maintenance team. We had a number of requests that needed to be taken care of, and Jose was great to work with from start to finish. Although there is one job that is still incomplete since he needs additional materials, I’m writing to let you know of his great work ethic!
He first called us to schedule a time to do the work, which we greatly appreciated. In our 4 months of living in Alaire apartments, and our other previous maintenance requests
