The management never shows any apartment even though we waited till the availability date that they claimed the apartment will be free in. They even told us to apply for the apartment and sign the lease without seeing the apartment. We left many messages for them and they told us they will call back but never did. Every time there was a new reason not to see the apartment that we wanted for over 40 days. They told us they don't do virtual tours because their Ipad has no WiFi outside of the office and they claimed they don't do that because people get dizzy "motion sickness" watching those. After

I've lived here 4 going to 5yrs. This complex is great. Clean and secure. We have a great team right now. They respond to requests as fast as is possible. Only inconvenience is the roaches. May want to change the vendors as they don't eradicate the roaches completely. You will still see them crawling in the night

The management is okay. The rest leaves much to be desired. Back story: Significant other and I were not quite ready to move in to the apartment when it was "ready" and thus because we had to wait until mid August are being charged a premium for rent as opposed to a pretty significantly lower premium. We move in. I do an inspection and find several items that needed immediate addressing. The front door hangs on its hinges, whoever tried to repair the door messed up the holes so bad that maintenance couldn't get it completely repaired. In short the door jamb needs replaced. The downspouts nearest the patio are in need of repair nothing has been done about it since I've moved here.
I was told that repair is far off due to a Planned overhaul of every unit with a similar problem and refuse to fix mine individually..
The sprinkler system needs to be reaimed so as to not wet up people using the sidewalks.
The sprinkler system also Causes dirty water stains on my car Due to the dirty water used in that system and because the sprinkler systems are not Properly aimed at the grass.
Minor cosmetic repairs inside my apartment continue to be ignored.

I live in these apartments for 9 month it’s was worst apartment I live in! The whole staff in complex are horrible they don’t do there job and they lie and overcharge you too when moving out . The whole house is broken they don’t fix it and when you put work order they don’t come at all or they forget it if you are plan to live there do not live build “E” there crack person who lives there and don’t sleep who yells and smoke all type of drugs . I was pregnant the time I live in that apartment I couldn’t sleep at all this lady below me will yell during day a night. We complain and

This place is a mess - DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is horrific, the place is a dump, and they only care about filling units. Trust me - several of us are moving out of this place as soon as our leases are up. This used to be a great place to live but that was years ago. No matter what they offer you when you first visit with them, you will absolutely regret moving into this place and that lease you signed will feel like a never ending nightmare.

Nice property, but slow response from office staff. When they give a 48 notice, for annual cleaning (chimney, porch, etc.), they do not complete it on time, and then extend 1 to 3 weeks, which causes a lot of inconvenience. Right now, we are being asked to keep all patio plants and furniture, in our apartment, for 3-full weeks, as they are down to one person from the vendor, to powerwash decks. That means a hot apartment, as the sliding door needs to remain shut, plants are dying, apartments are being cluttered, and people aren't able to fully enjoy their patios, for the last of summer.
