Maintenance Man Matthew was once again a delight to have in our home to help fix our clogged dishwasher. Not only was he knowledgeable, quick, efficient, & professional, he was kind enough to thoroughly give us tips on how to prevent it from happening again. The workers were super nice and helped a lot with the moving process. If i had any questions they would email me back right away. The maintenance guy Matthew was super nice and helped us with a few things that needed to be fixed. Only thing i would say wasn't good was the gym door does not unlock at all. I have tried 3 times and had other residents try and do it as well but it does not work.

I would give negative stars to this place if I could. Management here is terrible, not responsive at all. My husband requested to change parking spots because there is a leak coming from some pipes in the garage ceiling... no response. "Secure" entrances break constantly. There is a homeless guy that sleeps in the lobby and management does not do anything about it. Garage door entrance broke 3 weeks ago and it is still broken, car's have been broken into, property has been stolen, most bikes from the bike cage were cut from their looks and stolen... management? silent...

Very poor communication and transparency here with the manager. I couldn’t even get a hold of anyone regarding an apartment that I paid a deposit for to hold it. You call them, no answer, you email them, no answer. To this day I am waiting for my refund. Very shady it seems.
