Windsor Court Apartments

If you come and see there is big gap between AC cover and wall.they forgot change the filter because Smell is funny. I haven’t seen very good things from this management. Still there is bugs all over my place and dishwasher still is not working properly. Any way at least they did fix one problem finally!!!!!!

I lived here a few years back I'm shocked I didn't leave a review idk where to even begin! Lived here for a year and a month I think? Someone broken in to my apartment first day I moved in luckily I hadn't moved everything yet someone tried braking in another time my wife was home someone broken in to my car stole my checks CDs jackets money they claimed they were going to fix the gate never did roaches every where pest control was always out never worked the ceiling fan broke a blade almost hit my wife in the head and the front office just said they were sorry sent someone out to fix it later

Worst management ever..!!
They made sign the lease but couldn’t make the apartment ready to move in provided on lease agreement.
We were all packed and ready to move in by taking U-Haul. On the moving date they called us and said they were not able to make our apartment ready to move and would take 1 more week.
Never trust this apartment’s management. Our lease was already up and we had nowhere to go. This apartment made us homeless for days.
If possible would give negative on reviews.

The apartments are old but livable. But I coul never recommend for anyone who sleeps latter then 8:00. They seem to cut grass every day of the week at 8 in the morning. The people running the apartment schedule for grass to be cut everyday. People are loud at night so you can't go to sleep and in the morning you can't stay asleep. It's cheaper then the surrounding apartments but unless you function well sleep deprived it's not worth it.

Yea all apartment have they issue.

I gotta said the Staff was nice to me and any concerns i had was talking care so that being said i would move here again. So i Thank the staff for all that was done during my Stay

The management is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with they do not answer calls or emails. The inside if the apartment is basically falling apart and they have bugs. Save your money this place isn’t worth it.

If I could give this apartment complex -5 stars I definitely would, and that’s on period. These are some ghetto roach infested apartments, not to mention for the past 3 years people’s cars have been getting set on fire. And they just installed cameras a month ago, in front of the office, where it has never happened. They never answer their phone, they don’t even have the slightest concern for their residents, they don’t update anyone. Just look at the 2 star rating, that’s all you need to know before you think twice about living here.

Giving a five star because the customer service in the office was 100% humble and welcoming. I'm not moving for another five months but this team didn't treat me like I was wasting their time. I will be back when I get closer to my move date and look forward to making my own opinion of this community. Thank you!!

Are you guys ever going to fix this busted pipe that has been spewing THOUSANDS OF GALLONS OF WATER by the MAINTENANCE house for the last TWO WEEKS?! I have called several times about it. Half the time no one answers. It's growing mold and starting to smell like a sewage. Guys, take some pride in where you live and work. Fix the huge pothole at the entrance too. And do not even think about charging the residents for the water leakage. That would be in poor taste on your part. EDIT: Has officially been a month now, and they still haven't fixed it. Enjoy the lovely view that we get to see every day
