This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.
Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they're in, etc. To tour our floor plans and see what amenities may be available, please contact us. We are open and offering a variety of ways to tour. Choose between the options below, or contact us if you prefer to tour virtually without visiting the property. See our community in-person! These apartments are the worse apartments I've ever lived in my entire life! It's roach infested, the appliances are old as dirt. I can tell the fridge is from the 80's. It's disgusting. The toile t was built in 1983. When you flush everything in it pops out all on the floor or even on you! The stove is old. They have never remodeled this place. It's very nasty. I would never ever refer anymore to these apartments.

I been living here for three years and this new administration is horrible.Iv'e never had problems with the administrators in the past , but this new one is the worst. I always paid my rent with a check and turned it in to the office ,but when this administration came they decided to change that. They won't accept actual checks, now you have to pay your rent online OBLIGATED. When you go online to pay, it shows up a different amount and if you wanna pay with a debit/credit card or money gram you get charged extra around 19.00 or 20.00 and if a glitch happens you wont get your money back.
