I feel obligated to share my experience to help the next folks who may make the same mistake as us- despite the office employees being so sweet. We moved in on a Saturday afternoon to a unit we hadn’t seen. A couple hours after unloading the truck, the roaches come out. Roaches on the toilet seat, on the flusher, on our Invisalign. 6-8 at a time crawling out of the ceilings and floors of every room. Smash them and they respawn within 3 mins. Literally cannot turn around without seeing multiple. Yes- big ones too. Mold on the doors and walls in the bathroom and closet, and tons around every window

Despite having registered the car as a visitor they had it towed on a Sunday night by some fly by night company which cost me $345. The associate in the management office said that it appeared to be registered after it was towed which is not correct. What a terrible experience, maybe just a warning since we were a first time visitor and had registered as a guest? Would never rent there.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I’m not sure all the buildings are like this but building eight is infested with roaches. Went to management they said they would have somebody come out and spray. Nobody sprayed on Wednesday or Thursday. I have cameras in my place so i know that no one came to spray. I will write one of these every single week until management does something.

Excellent place to live, beside all the great amenities, are the professional Staff. they are great especially The manager Irene, i had problems with my health issue, which cause me to have problems financially, which cause me to be late rent, i explain to her and she work with me. Not only this place is great. Irene and staff are awesome. I will recommend Fox View to all. Thanks again to you all for a safe and conformable place to live.

ZERO RATING PLACE. Absolute garbage. The management is complete trash, laziest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. This place should get torn down!! I spent one miserable year here and I can not wait to get tf out, the day couldn't come any sooner. ABSOLUTELY WORSE PLACE YOU COULD EVER LIVE!! Do your self a favor and don't even think about moving here. You're welcome.

A family member just moved to TX and got a job at Amazon. We looked for apartments not far from her work and found The View on Fox Creek. We are so happy to have found a wonderful safe place for them to live. The office staff (Jessica in particular) has been kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and overall very helpful in getting everything in place for a smooth move! First day we had difficulties with the toilet and they immediately came and fixed it! Small problem but response was great! The gentleman who came also was helpful and nice! My family and I have lived here for approximately 7 months. When my fiance and I were apartment searching we had seen previous reviews and were weary but after going through the leasing process with Irene, we were absolutely sold. The office staff is professional and kind, the maintenance team are friendly & always quick to help and the management are responsive and effective. The common areas, like the gym and pool have been recently renovated and they added a soccer field which the neighborhood children love! There is a sense of community here, which is really important to a family environment

Please don't move here I wish I could get out of my lease .!! My APARTMENT Is RAT INFESTED i wish I was exaggerating but the RATS come out while me and my wife and my 2 year old are in the living room watching TV. Why I don't know we always pick up every trash ..and every single every crumb we don't leave plates in the sink and they still come out of the cracks. Maintenance came they said they were going to inspect the whole apartment and they barely did anything I've been putting work order or after work order and I still see cracks in my kitchen that I know that's where they're coming from because

The assistant property manager Irene helped me, 5 stars all the way!! She was very professional and sweet. This property has all the great qualities I was looking for. Great staff, great location, amazing amenities, and attentive maintenance performance. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that works in the Lewisville/grapevine area!
