I didn't have the best experience living here and after a year I decided to move and gratefully found better. Let's talk about what really made me give them 1 star. I was promised that after I referred someone to move into the complex I would receive $500 in September. Months go by, I'm contacting but getting the run around. Then I'm told it's lost once October hits. By January it's time for me to move out but still nothing. Then once I'm settled into my new home I'm told the check was stolen and that I need to print, fill out paper work and get it authorized and send it to them proving I wasn

I've been apartment hunting for about 3 months. I spoke with Miss Kitty and I loved her personality and willingness to help me. She was unable to provide me with an apartment around my due date and certain amenities that I wanted but she did refer me to a few other places and I really appreciated that. I have a review for these apartments. I lived here for 4 years. I would not have stayed here if it was unsafe or bad apartments. I did not have a roach problem and I have had 2 different apartments here. I lived in #203 and it was the best spot in the complex. I do have to say that the air conditioning is awesome there! I have moved because I’m trying to buy a house. I have NO complaints on The Glen, the new management is great as well. I also become friends with the maintenance and we love and miss them. I hope others see this review, I have memories and good people are at The Glen!

This is quite honestly the worst place I've ever lived.
We deal with roaches from the apartment next door. The neighbors are out until 3am drinking, smoking, and yelling about different hot-button topics of debate. I can hear every word they are saying, along with every argument from the downstairs neighbors (once a day, at least...), and every *ahem* "romantic" encounter from the neighbors next door.
No one here cares about quality of life for their neighbors.
Maintenance cares not for the residents. They drag their feet on attending to repairs and have, on one occasion, cussed my boyfriend

This is an apartment.
It has all the issues that an apartment would have. If your neighbor has roaches, you have roaches.
One thing that this place has a problem with that the other apartment complex I lived at, here in Texas, is the HVAC. I had to run the AC 24/7 and it never got below 92°, in either of the apartments I lived in there. They would have gotten a higher rating from me if they could have fixed this issue. I had the repair man come out multiple times, and he would address the issue as best he could. The AC units just are too wimpy to handle the space.

Talk about great service! The crew here at The Glen always takes care of their residents. The office staff is very friendly and have a very open door policy. The maintenance team is awesome, especially Amir. Here’s always there for his residents no matter what time of day. If you’re looking for a maintenance man who will always put his residents first, The Glen is the place to be! Thank you guys for all of your hard work and dedication to your residents!

Worst place to live in , they're nowhere near "luxury apartments" they look old from the inside, there had to be a lot to be fixed before we moved in, appliances don't work, until now we still have trouble with the fridge maintenance said that we just have to constantly hit the freezer fan for it to cool. Not to mention they're infested of cockroaches and bed bugs (yet they charge us for pest control which doesn't even help)
Can't have anything in the balcony(they tried to fine me for having patio furniture) there's never parking spots available most of the time I have to park in the visitors
