I’m looking to move next month and stopped in to look at these apartments, as soon as I walked in the leasing office I was greeted by two young ladies. They were very pleasant. I ended up taking a tour of the property with Raquel, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her pleasant attitude. I’m highly considering Hidden Creek to be my new apartment home!

I always see the maintenance staff around the apartments busy doing something. The maintenance staff are always professional and polite. They get the maintenance requests done in a timely manner. Leaving us always satisfied with the work. I would also like to commend Christina Worth along with the other office staff on being able to politely and professionally answer the phones during office hours. Office staff is very sweet and helpful with any questions/concerns you may have. Overall, office staff and maintenance staff are considerate, polite, professional, and get things done in a timely manner

Please disregard the recent 5 star reviews, most of them are likely from the office staff as they try to make it more appealing to move in here. The truth is there really couldn't be a bunch of new positive reviews coming in because the parking lot gets emptier with each passing week. The common complaint you'll see in the bad reviews is how maintenance requests are regularly closed without anything being done. Even though this has been a complaint for some time now it still happens because they genuinely don't care. My roommate left a review saying

There are charges added to your monthly rent for pets; however, that financial burden to you is pocketed profit for them. The dog park is a sess pool and they refuse to maintain it. When requesting management to put grass seed down, she was incredulous and the request went ignored. The dog dispenser for cleanup bags has been broken for a year, the effort made to fix it was to jam it between the fence and the tree.

Whoever Justin is has terrible customer service I had an appointment for a tour today at 530pm I arrived and watched him peek through the blinds and shut off all the lights mind the fact it was 5:20pm I continued to wait outside as I called another lady an she said she'd send him out immediately it is past 6pm I am still here an no one ever came it's ridiculous!!!! My move-in was horrible, my keys was wrong my toilet was not fixed and a/c went out, also cabinets were broke and apartment wasn't fully ready. Overall not a bad place to live if you need a decent place to live. Maintenance staff was great but management was subpar at best and the leasing staff and assistant manager was constantly changed with new staff. If you have the money and the means, move into a better apartment. The price they charge for rent is much higher than most for less square feet also, and getting a carport is very hard, they have a lot of empty carports but can never find

I'm only giving one star rating because I have to in order to leave a review. I will tell anyone and everyone DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! For the price I pay you can find far better, trust me on this. I wish I would have went with my first mind and not moved in. It was lies from the beginning with promising to fix things before I moved in and the DID NOT! My washing machine and dryer was soooo disgusting I had to fight to get it replaced and this was after I moved in. I was moving from another state when I got here I wasn't able to shower because the tub had wet paint the neighbors said that they had just started working on my apartment that day. I've also had a big stain on my carpet and they keep putting it off and I've been here since Nov .There are a lot of small maintenance things that need to be done they leave trash in the hallways for weeks at a time the regional manager Renee Curry and the office manager Kim Nixon are very dishonest so before you sign a lease please look for a different apartment. I don't want anyone to go through

Lived here for two years now and the managaement is still rude, unprofessional, and has 0 care for their patrons. Emily specifically has always been so rude and quick to argue me. Kimberly has lost control of her team and this complex as a whole. Living here is not a pleasure and whenever I've needed something, I've NEVER gotten help. Expect their maintenance crew. They are the best. Always so nice and helpful. I wish the rest of the staff can match. Please don't ever waste your time with people who treat you less.

I would not suggest living here. The cost isn't worth the service you receive. If your looking for a place to call home, look elsewhere. The gates are always broken, $500 fees if you don't clean up after your dog but everyone gets the same threat whether you do or don't, packages stolen from doorstep, lack of communication. I know its a business but they are only looking out for their bottom dollar not anything else. Happy hunting!

One of the most amazing places we have stayed!! Their cabins are wonderful. The staff is polite, courteous, and extremely friendly. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. We loved the fact that it is locally owned by life long Bryan/College Station residences. A fabulous way to support the local economy. We can't wait to return soon!

This place is like an expensive trash can. It's aesthetically pleasing from the outside but it's just a bunch of trash on the inside. The management never ever ever does anything to enforce the constant delinquent trespassers that frequent the property to use the basketball facilities and pool. I have listened to a herd of children in the apartment above me for weeks now and my complaints have not gotten anywhere.... it mid as well be section 8- but the price doesn't reflect it. Can't say enough about how friendly the staff is here at Hidden Creek. Ms Emily who is always upfront makes entering the office very welcoming to any family that is thinking about moving here. I been a resident for over 2 years now and have seen some staff come & go which is typical but Emily has remained with the staff and always has helped with any issues that arise. Rachel who is the account manager is just as pleasant and very helpful if a service request is needed. Rachel has been in office for over a year and every time I see her, she is thoughtful of how my continued stay is going

This place is horrible Af, I put a $250 deposit down and the day of my move in I brought my cashiers check and when I arrive to my apartment everything is incompleted, The stove and the fridge are in the middle of the dining room disconnected, all the closets doors are broken, everything is horrible. So I went running Back literally 3 minutes later to the office to get my cashiers check back and the lady had closed already the office and left the open sign on the door and she was nowhere to be found. My husband and I moved here back in March and the day we signed our lease they kept telling us the wrong amount we owed to pay through a money order, wasting our time making us go get the correct money order amount from winco 2x. Not very considerate people and it's hard to trust them when asking them questions because I've been told the wrong answers many times. Would not recommend this place!

The apartment, that they stated was ready, was actually not ready and I was told that I could not move in until another week, after I deeply expressed the urgency of my move in date. I was never informed on when I could sign my lease or anything about turning my electricity on before the move in date. Don't let under "new management "fool you. New boss same as the old boss. At first noticed much improvement but downhill shortly after. They ran off there great maintenance personnel and can't keep any of the workers. Last remaining maintenance guy said they keep running people off. As result the pool is green 90% of time, I'm scared to go in it of fear of what I might catch. Pool area is littered with old furniture. Maintenance request never seem to get handled. Case in point my Dishwasher broken for a week and I go on line and it says work order completed. Dirty carpets
