Monica Gries is absolutely awesome, She was informative and kept everyone in the loop on what was going on with our loan process. Things got down to the wire for our closing due to issues with the listing agent not getting things in on time. Monica was on the ball and got things pulled through on time. She is dedicated and answered any question that we had no matter the time day. I would recommend using her with no reservations.
