This post is about greens at auburn. https://www.greensatauburn.apartments/. They are robbers. You will know their actual face when you move out. First of all, they will charge you 3 months of liquidated damage even if you buy a new home and move there. They will never help you in finding a sublease. Next, they will deduct tons of money unless you give them a 30 days prior notice. Next, they will charge you tons of money in the name of service fees, admin fees and cleaning fees after you move out. They charged us 250$ even after we left the apartment crystal clean (pictures attached). Stay away

I recently moved to The Greens at Auburn after owning a home my entire adult life, and I couldn't be happier. The apartments are spacious and well-kept, close to everything but not too close! The office staff is just as professional and accommodating as they can be. I have had to place a maintenance request - and they were here and problem solved within 10 minutes! The pool is well-maintained and beautiful! The Greens at Auburn are a welcoming, accommodating, delightful place to call home!

Pretty disappointed in the management. I recently placed a deposit down and had a spot secured, however, I was unable to be secured enough financially by the time required to move in, so I had to forfeit my agreement. The staff asked if I would like to be put in the waiting list for August, and I said sure. Received a call earlier saying that I was offered an apartment for August. Sadly, I wouldn't be able to afford it this month either.
The individual I spoke with was very rude and stated that they had ordered me some furniture already by the time I had, "backed out at the last minute

Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! It is a rip off!!! I moved my daughter in here for her first semester at AU. If I could've got her out in a month I would have! The place was filthy when she moved in, there were hair balls in the floor, rust and corrosion in the appliances, it was just trashed. She had a water leak and the "repair" people never even finished the job. When she moved out, they kept the entire security deposit, then charged $66 more for bogus charges like drip pan replacements. They even charged her for carpet cleaning when they said they had to replace it. We have

The fact that this advertises itself as an "executive rental" is a joke. Worn out units with low end fixtures. Bunch of roughneck residents take over the pool on the weekends and were literally smoking and drinking while they are in the water next to my children. Front desk refused to deal with it when I brought it to their attention. It got to the point where I just couldn't bring my kids to the pool. This place is very poorly managed. The manager had a patio area beside the gym and a storm ripped down a huge awning and was just laying on top of patio furniture the entire 4 months

DO NOT lease here. Unless, of course, you like living with bugs. Whatever pest control they use doesn't work, that is, when they decide to show up at all. The last service I was supposed to receive, I waited at my apartment all day so that I could show them all the bugs I've found crawling around my apartment. They never showed.
Spiders bigger than quarters, scorpions, centipedes, roaches, and countless unidentified bugs.
The wonderful staff at the office's response? "There's nothing we can do about it. Go buy some Raid."
