Nina made a custom bangle bracelet set with some stones that I already had. She was great to work with. The entire process was very transparent, she provided options but at the same time listened to what I had in mind. She was conscious of my budget as well. Unbelievable how hard this lady works for her customers, next level customer service, couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire experience. There's a warmth and a realness to Nina that you don't find much these days, so much so, that when we are done with Covid, I'll probably look her up and take her for a drink the next time I'm in L.A. She's got this sultry voice, kind of a mix between Kathleen Turner and Dana Carvey as Church Lady on Saturday Night Live...hope your laughing Nina! My boyfriend surprised me on a recent trip we took (spoiler alert, I said YES) and popped the question with an amazing ring. I actually found Nina online and reached out to her about what I was looking for in an engagement ring. I immediately had a connection with her and she made the entire process so fantastic. Nina did an amazing job creating our wedding bands for us about two years ago. Her knowledge and expertise in the field is obvious, as she gave us some great advice on the rings we were looking for in regards to band material and diamond size. Her quality of work is beyond exceptional, and she was able to recreate the exact rings we wanted from just a couple of pictures, all while staying true to our budget.
