My van was impounded, I left my phone in it. These people should really think about not joyriding around in a person's vehicle while they're in jail. They used all of my gas cruising to run errands. For some reason my engine is taken apart some. Bolts loose, things taken off. I arrived to their surprise and they demanded the paperwork I had in the van but wouldn't let me get it out of the van. I had pictures of the papers and those weren't good enough, they were stalling. Trying to put back or hurry and take off the parts of the vehicle they were stealing. How pathetic. Going to see about this

My car was towed at 9pm from near Sahara and LV Blvd. (I just missed stopping the driver and could do nothing but watch it go down the road behind the towtruck. If only I had been sooner...)
I called the number on the sign, could not get thru. Dialed repeatedly for an hour and then gave up. (702.383.3278) I finally did... at 2:30am!!! The clerk on the phone was very helpful, trying to find my car. (be polite, I told myself) At first, she couldn't find it. (15 minutes with hold time and repeating information and searching. Have patience!) She offered to call the drivers and told me to call

Zero stars if I could! Customer service is literal trash. Came in at 8am they claimed that if we brought the registration for my car they would release the vehicle for free. I knew my registration was in my vehicle but for some reason while in their hands they "could not find it" which when I got my vehicle back was in the glove box like I had told them. I went to the DMV was able to copy of my registration and came back later at 4pm. The General manager who we had originally talked to that morning was "gone for the day" and would not release the car as stated by the other woman

Talk about the worst customer service. This is one of those places that should go out of business. My truck was stolen a month ago and finally recovered. PD called me and informed me it was found and to come get it. I was 5 miles away and by the time I got there the tow truck was there already. I introduced my self to the driver and asked if I could take my truck. I explain that I didn't have the money to get it out the yard if he took it. Had some belongings stolen. Filled out a report. A couple of days later I called them to get an update on what what was going on. I called them out about their reviews on Google and how other people had their stuff stolen as well. As soon I brought that I up the lady said "ok bye" and hung up. I called back and asked her why she had hung up and she said I was running my mouth supposedly. When I was being polite and spoke to her respectfully. I BELIEVE HER BAME WAS (KAREN)

Horrible experience. I do not recommend this place to purchase a vehicle. They sold me a car knowing check engine light was on and couldn't smog therefore can not be registered.... meaning not legal to drive. They misrepresented almost every detail of sale lied about vehicle being fixed before leaving lot and use bully tactics trying to get any reconciliation. That's just to list a few of the items listed with DMV compliance department per state statute that they are not in compliance with.

I brought a car from them in April of 2021 it was towed from a Siegel suites in January i ranned the vin okay I made the purchase of the car with cash which was 1900 before doing paperwork I wasn’t told it was a lien sale okay so I’m waiting on my title I get all kinds of lies from Kimberly in the title department then Carlos never said anything as I’m viewing the car to buy it that it don’t come with the title after I did all my paperwork he mentioned it to me after I done gave him the money an all that I gotta get the title from dmv why would u sale me this car an knowing u don’t have

I made a claim that my laptop was stolen.. the manager told me wait 30 days for an investigation. I waited no one reached out to me. I finally went to visit after 30 days. The women in there seem to hate their job. Not helpful at all.. The manager doesn't care to help anyone she's more worried about going on vacation. Customer service is not her expertise.

No stars if it was an option. This is the worst towing service, not "fast" at all.. Call someone else they will have you waiting 5+ hours when they said it'd only be 1 hour wait. I was stranded on the side of the freeway and they expect you to wait for them when they get there. They never showed up i had to call someone else.

Zero stars, do not use this company. Most illegitimate and incompetent towing company in Las Vegas. Did they illegally tow your vehicle? They have multiple revenue generating illegal predatory towing locations such as Sahara Annex Street by Siegel Suites and several other apartment complexes where they do not post towing signs and they do not place the required 48 hour tow warning on vehicles. I am so upset and disgusted with this place. My car was towed and I picked it up 2 days later. The service wasn’t horrible.. The lady at the front was nice enough. It wasn’t until I pulled off the lot and $700 was missing from my glovebox that I was appalled. I have no way of proving that money was in there so there isn’t much I can do about it but you should be ashamed of yourselves because that is just not right. Karma will get you since I can’t. THE WORST. First of all my car shouldn't have been towed in the first place. SECOND they are called fast towing and I was there to pick up my car before they got there and the lady in the front when I asked when the car will be here she said it will get here when it gets here. Estimated it 15-20 min took about an hour. THIRDLY they were dragging this charger while bringing it into the compound. FOURTHLY after paying a ridiculous amount to receive my car I now see those IDIOTS bent my exhaust pipe.

And needs to be shutdown ASAP! back in 2019 they illegally towed my car with California plates from my apartment complex. Unfortunately got my car towed by Fast Towing on Saturday May 16 1am and got robbed by whom ever towed it stoled a roll of quarters and 20 dollars in change my watch and nail clipper kit . I know it's not much but it's bad enough my car got towed but I get ripped off by the Towing company also don't trust them when I went to report them at their office they pretty much shined me off (pack of thieves)

Four words, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My car got stolen at the beginning of this month and I was told by police to call them in order to check it out. Now, I don't know if the police had it towed to this place or if they found it at this place. Honestly, the business' reviews seems super sketchy if you ask me.
