The doctor and the staff are more busy in yapping than doing a good job, messed up my Zeiss glasses twice, after paying 600$, they messed up my glasses twice. And when I complained so they fix the problem, first they were blowing me off, when I put my foot down, I got sooo much attitude and problems, I just walked out and am wearing glasses that are .25 off in one eye. Go to Karns vision center, professional people with great service.

True care is here. Love Dr. Best! When my 20 year old daughter developed a retinal tuft. Dr. Best diagnosed it. When it became a hole, emergency surgery was indicated. Dr. Best referred us to a great surgeon and gave us her cell number for any questions or concerns. How may docs do that any more !?! Our family will be patients here forever!

I cannot share my experience with this office because I was refused service. My daughter had a vision screening through her preschool and was told to get a further examination of her vision. Based on reviews and the fact that my daughter would do better with a female doctor, I chose to call to set up an appointment. This office refuses to do a vision screening for children under five, despite me explaining the situation and that a more thorough exam was needed beyond just her pediatrician. Obviously they have plenty of business and did not need mine.
