From my initial apartment tour with Pat signing my lease, speaking with Cindy and Mike about maintenance and accommodations, my 2 yr stay has been nothing short of a great experience. I would recommend despite other reviews.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm giving 1 star cuz the units are nice. But this place is the worst. Stay away from all Farwell (now Beaksco) properties. The units themselves are good but management sucks. try avoiding to talk to Cindy Chaille at all costs. She's queen b***h, I'm not even kidding. I try calling after hours if I need to and leave a message just to avoid talking to her cuz she's so mean. Once she got promoted to manager when they changed their company name, she became super mean. Also management hardly fixes anything, if you have a maintenance request it takes

They are very very very bad property management company. Never go to them for any kind of business. They gave me incorrect information prior to me signing the application and then they did not return my money. They are cheaters and thieves.

Don’t ever do the mistake to rent here . We have hundreds cockroaches. We are trying to reach the manager there is no help from anyone . Nobody cares here every if you pay 1.300$/month . Save your time and do not rent here! I’m moving out next week .

We currently reside in Cornell Lakes in Palatine. We love the location, and our unit itself. However BEAKSCO is very unprofessional, they make demands that they will enter our unit whether you're available or not. MIND YOU WE BOTH HAVE 9-5 JOBS and can't continuously take time off to work around their schedules. We have a dog, and they KNOW this. They always make these demands during the work week, causing us to leave work, take vacation etc. Very rude and unprofessional!

My wife and I have lived here for 4 years; Beaks Co has been the owner for 2 years. In 2 years, our rent has STAYED THE SAME. The property manager lives here with his family and it is very clean here. If we need something fixed or looked at, 95% of the time, it's fixed on the same day we called. The walkways are cleared very early of snow and ice. It's very quiet, safe and a great value for Wheaton. This is for Lorraine Court Apartments.

I have never spoken with a ruder customer service representative! I wish I was able to give 0 stars....
The lady was nothing but rude to me, giving me attitude from the moment she answered the phone, when I was nothing but polite to her! She gave me so much attitude for asking such simple questions, like if there were any availabilities in a particular apartment complex.
When I asked if I could have the local agent's contact information (since I was loudly and aggressively told that they don't handle these things and that I would have to speak with the local agent), the lady practically yelled

No way. Rude from 'Hello'. Workers were not accommodating at all and lacked patience. I called requesting information on property listed and spoke with the Office Manager, Cindy after the first representative. I tried requested information on property listed and she was very resistant and brash. I inquired on the reason for the attitude and she actually tried to justify it by blaming me and tearing me down. When is it ever okay to treat someone ill, especially when you want their money? I could say more, but I'll just leave it at 'Stay Away'.

Contrary to other reviews. Our leasing agent Pat was an absolute joy. Kind, answered all of our questions. And just an overall wonderful woman. Don't believe the bad stuff. You will not be disappointed with her service. I truly wish all leasing agents were as kind and accommodating as her.

I have been helping my mother look for a new home and I found an listing that she was interested in. We called and spoke to Patricia Krier (leasing agent for the property) to inquire about the apartment. Patricia Krier was nothing but rude during the entire phone conversation. We asked if we could set up a time to look at the property and she refused to set up a time with us. Patricia Krier just kept talking about ALL of the requirements that my mother should have/needed to do. There is nothing wrong with telling us about the requirements but she said it in such a nasty way that it left a bad taste

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible management, nothing but liars and scammers! I had an issue with mold on our ceiling that was from a leak in our unit. The office was informed and maintenance was at our unit 3 times and never fixed the problem. The last time maintenance came out he told us they would just paint over it once we move out! Umm excuse me? Not a good solution! I was pregnant and had small children living their and we were forced to move out a month early because I refused to have my family and myself living in unhealthy conditions. We paid the last months rent in good faith
