The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. What a difference! I used to work with another owner of All County and it was terrible. They never returned my security deposit and I could not reach or get any response from them for months.
A year later, I still had documents trapped in the All County system and luckily Jeanine is not in charge.
Shes amazingly professional and knows what shes doing. Shes helping me resolve all my old issues eventhough I'm not even an active client.
I didnt get the chance to work with Jeanine formally but from my interactions with her, I would highly recommend her!

I moved into a unit with known issues and instead of All County being honest with me they chose to be deceitful. I should've been made aware upfront and allowed to decide for myself if I wanted to continue my tenancy or not. They continue to lie about repairs being fixed despite patience and reasonable amount of time given. The owners of the properties All County manages are just as bad! They team together to manipulate and lie. Every repair to be fixed has an excuse: someone on vacay, we're working on it, someone was fired and we'll be following up shorty. We moved out of the property at the end of June. Did the last walkthrough and was told that 400-500 dollars would be deducted from our deposit for repairs (which we expected). Here we over a month later and have not received the remainder of our deposit or an explanation of deductions. Have made several attempts to call and email with no luck. There is either no answer or we are told that John is out of the office and will call us back. Which we never get a call back. So some advice be cautious if you use them make sure to take lots of pictures and get everything in writing.

If I could give a zero score I would. Let my last tenant leave without paying $6000.00 in rent. Yes, I called, emailed asked over and over. They let the tenant go and left me $6000.00 in the RED. I'm like where did they go? Whats the forwarding address? I got the AP Management answer again, of course no reply at first, then the what? who, where?
They told me they turned it over to a collection agency but after 10-?attempts to get ANY kind of information, name of collection agency, date submitted, tracking number. I'm trying to take the tenant to small claims court and once again got zero reply

I do not even know where to begin in trying to convey how difficult and horrendous it was to work with All County Property Management.
The first truly major issue occurred when they raised the rent for our tenants after the first year. We did NOT want to raise the rent as the tenants always paid on time and never had any issues, so we wanted to keep them around. All County didn’t even ask us if it was ok to raise the rent, they just decided to do so and let the tenants know.
Next, the tenants had a problem with the sewer backing up and needing to have it rodded out. The management company did

As an out of state property owner, the task of vetting and managing renters and dealing with property management issues is daunting.
