At Anchor Property Management, we treat your home as our own. We offer a wide range of property management services to fit your needs as a landlord or home owner, and tailor our services to ensure that you have the highest level of service for your home. Typically what we see is landlords and owners tend to hire one of the large management firms, or even the Realtor who sold them the property, to manage their small rental property.
You may apply directly through our web site on the "Tenant Resources" page or may apply in person when meeting with your leasing agent. There is a $30 application fee per adult. You will be required to pay the first month rent and a security deposit. Security deposits differ from property to property but are typically equal to one month's rent.
