I want to view a rental and tried to schedule a time.
The man on the phone said that they ONLY show this Metairie property at noon on Wednesday.
I explained that I would be at work on a Wednesday at noon and I could not leave work to go look at a rental however I was available at other times during the day or on the weekend to which he replied I only show this house on Wednesdays at noon.
That is extremely unprofessional and extremely inconvenient for the customer and I don’t understand how a real estate company.
Does not even try to accommodate a customer not to mention the disservice that

Nick at maitenence has been very responsive to assist me and the fact that they facilitate a portal where I can submit any request I have is awesome! No need to wait until Monday to have a response! These are SLUMLORDS... Very slow to fix anything, and want to put a bandaid over the problem and expect you to pay them on time. I only rented with Pelican Realty of Louisiana llc, for less than FOUR months. I… had no choice but to break my lease because the conditions of the apartment was not liveable or SAFE for me and my one year old daughter to live in (black mold, gas water heater over kitchen pantry leaking and caving in, had no way to shut the gas line off to prevent a fire from happening. All the maintenance guy did was patch the leak on the water heater and ripped the drywall out
