TLC Realty, Inc. is a family owned business that has been serving the Greater New Orleans Area since 1984. Whether it is sales or property management, we strive to bring our clients quality representation while maximizing their profit potential. Although some business practices are universal, we have always maintained an attitude that allows some flexibility to accommodate our clients' needs.
We have craftsman of all skill levels and trades, available to provide any type of repair, maintenance or renovation service at or below market cost. Our fee structure is simple. 10% of any rents collected. We do not charge commission on security deposits. Upon assuming responsibility of your property, tenants will be notified in writing of our takeover.
If you wish to set an appointment for a personal viewing, please complete and return an application along with a copy of the applicant's ID. At this point no Social Security numbers or drivers license numbers are required. This step is taken for security and appointment making purposes only. Upon receipt of the application, we will contact you to arrange a showing.
