As a prospective tenant, you want to know what kind of service you can expect when you lease from Superior Property Management. We pride ourselves on our tenant service, and consistently strive to make things easier for you. Please submit your maintenance request. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays.
As a Realtor at Superior Property Management, Inc. I assist in managing over 300 properties. My Responsibilities include owner and tenant acquisition and retention. I assist with tenant relations and owner representative. I provide accurate market analysis for sales and rentals. I'm able to help anyone from first-time home buyers to experienced investment buyers.

They pretend to care until you sign the contract.
Extremely aggressive with my tenants, harassed them when I explicitly asked them not to.
Ridiculous fees that are never mentioned and levied on tenants with zero warning.
Best thing I did was stop working with Superior Mgmt. Since then the tenants caused me ZERO problems. The only problem was Superior. STAY AWAY unless you don't care about good/ happy tenants as a landlord.

I would rent from Laura Russell for the rest of my life before I sign another contract with this company. I’ve got unfulfilled maintenance requests from months ago. My hot water heater as gone out twice in the four months I’ve lived on their property and it’s taken them about a week to show up each time. In fact I currently have no hot water. You can call them on a Tuesday, they won’t answer until Thursday, they’ll schedule for someone to come out to you that Friday, nobody ever shows up, then you won’t be able to get a hold of them until the next Monday. These people dgaf.

All I can say is, “I have the Best Property Manager in the state of Louisiana”!!!
Mrs. Kim Joseph goes beyond the Call of Duty when it comes down to my properties. She treats them as if they were her own babies. I really appreciate that being that I live out of state.

This is the worse company i have ever delt with. From the owner down. My place was infested on move in day. So I spoke with the company and they didn't resolve the situation until 9 days into my lease while I had to live with friends or pay for a place. I even spoke to the owner about the situation. After they called a professional to treat the property properly they still didn't file the paperwork to have the water put on. *DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!***

Superior Property is a firm but fair group that has rental properties fit anyone's budget. Their properties are as advertised and you will not get treated as simple a number as you may with some of the larger groups in the area. If you are in need of reasonably priced housing in the NOLA metro area make sure to give them a call and they will be able to accommodate!

I lived in one of their apartment complexes (Royal Eden) in Slidell, LA for 1.5 years and always paid my rent on time or early. I never gave anyone any issues. My move out date was 3/20/19 and I had no problems giving my key back to Superior. I called yesterday and asked if I had to pay any rent for March and was told that I did not and that everything has been taken care of.They said the account was closed out. I even asked the lady if a week later I would be told I owe something and she said no. Today I had a feeling that didn't sound right and decided to

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!!!

Rented a house through Superior for 3 years! Worst 3 years of renting ever. Maintenance is a complete JOKE. There were always maintenance issues with the rental property. We had termite damage, busted pipes, the A/C went out, the dishwasher was old and didn't work. It took multiple calls, voicemail messages, and complaints to even get maintenance to come out.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY PROPERTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY.
These people are professional scam artists. They don't follow through with repairs and even though they send multiple people out to look at the problem, nothing gets fixed. They don't give you the proper paperwork for initial walkthroughs then take repair/paint money out of your security deposit for things that were in the house before you even move in. They're rude on the phone and most times will never return your calls. When we moved in they told us they had cleaned the house but there was a lot of grease

Our Metairie town home became available for rent in June 1012. The tenants had been in it for almost 5 yrs, (all 5 yrs handled by Superior.) I want to commend Superior for renting it within a week & at a higher monthly rent! They did an excellent job of handling this with me & the new tenants! I also want to thank them for getting all of the maintenance done within 3 days (so the new tenants could move in timely!) Excellent service by Superior!!
