Fadee came out to spray for roaches and replaced a chain in our light. He was very professional and sweet to our very talkative 3 year old. He was able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. JW property services have always been a great experience.
I wanted to write another excellent review but it will only let me edit this one. I wanted to add that our AC went out and Fadee saved the day again by coming out after hours and fixing the AC. Highly, highly recommend!!

When I first moved into my new home, it was an absolute wreck. Some doors couldn't close all the way, there was a missing drawer, huge stains etc. Fadee came immediately within a day and fixed all of it within a few hours. He showed that he was committed to the absolute best for me in my new home. I would definitely recommend his services again for any maintenance problems.

Ben is absolutely phenomenal, every time he helps me its diligent and quickly handled at no inconvenience to me which is amazing! He is great with my dogs and is extremely friendly and informative on what I need and any questions I have. All in all Ben is such a helpful and positive person to have come work on and in my house and I greatly appreciate the rental company hiring such dedicated, responsible and polite employees such as Ben.

I just moved in to an apartment managed by JW Property Services. While there were several things that needed fixing when we moved in, maintenance has been very quick to respond to any work orders I place. They always go above and beyond by not just fixing a broken fixture, but replacing it altogether with a brand new one. They always fix everything I ask, even small things that previous landlords would have deemed unimportant. Fadee has been very helpful.

Pablo, Mojo, and Fadee done a great job fixing my vinyl siding on my property. They also install shoe molding in one of my units. My tenant and myself were please with the work they did. They finished in a timely manner and was very neat and clean. I’m glad I’ve chosen JW property service to manage my property.

The property I rented was fantastic. Many homes in New Orleans are quite old, but my rental had kept up with the times with modern appliances and recent renovations while maintaining the "spirit" of the original design, while many properties I viewed in the same price range seemed to have had minimal updates throughout the years.

When seeking a rental home, I viewed tons of properties and even met with several agents in the process. JW Property Services had a really simple, no-pressure process. Any inquiries I had were relayed to the owners, then quickly returned with answers. As a tenant, I appreciate being able to pay rent and make maintenance requests online or through an app. Maintenance requests were always addressed promptly. Fadee was especially thorough and super friendly. What he was unable to address on his first visit, he came back the next morning with the necessary supplies to finish the job. Highly recommend
