Why should I live at Londonderry Oaks? Several reasons. We have been updating our units to a more contemporary look. We are very conveniently located to Denton proper and the freeway but it is very quiet in our community. The pool is very popular in the summer. Foremost, we hope we have the best and most helpful office staff who truly enjoy people and taking good care of residents and residents' needs.

I lived here for 6 months. Was in a bind had no where else to go. If you have another option don’t live here. Washer and dryers are always broken. And they go months without being fixed. Not to mention the massive roach problem. They claimed maintenance came out and did a bug spray, but i had to constantly get rid of the Cockroaches the entire 6 months i lived there. when i went back to clean it after i moved there were roaches everywhere. I have a 1 year old kid this are not livable environments for a baby. Then there was the constant arguments about rent and my check just going missing. And

Filled out the paid the application fee, filled out the application.
Told my son they needed to meet with his dog to see if they would approve her. He drove more than an hour to meet with them, only to discover they took their lunch at the time they told him to be there. He waited and they approved his dog to live with him. Only to get an email late that evening, we needed to get our vet to sign papers that she was a service dog???? Which was never discussed in any of the correspondence or when they met with my son.
When I informed Delanna we were not going to the vet for that certification.

The worst place i ever stayed.
I lived in that complex for 4 years. At the beginning the apartment and the rent at Londonderry fit the place. Then since 2016 they price gouge the rent( from 670 to 760)
Total rip off
Now the maintenance sucks , the new tenants are a bunch of low live criminals hanging out in vitttys bar. Bums roam the place and the new tenants have pitbulls. I dont recommend that filthy place

We moved in May 2016 everything was great. Summer 2018 management changed and tenants began taking advantage of the fact the on property managers didn't enforce rules. The tenant above me moved in 3 adults without notifying the office. These "tenants" would beat on your door at night to move your car, threaten myself and my children, yell racial slurs in front of children, etc. The police were involved also. I notified the office and they did nothing. Corporate allowed me to terminate my lease early, which I did and the office is now trying to charge me $400 after it cost me over $2700 to move

This review is long overdue, but I enjoyed living here. I was a resident from May 2013 to August 2016 while I attended UNT, and honestly the only bad things I have to say about the facility are that I did have a bit of a roach problem- mainly in my bathroom and kitchen -and noisy neighbors. If I was not dealing with people stomping above me, I was dealing with people blasting music or playing drums. Other than that, my time there was pleasant. The ladies in the office really worked with me, as a broke college student who was not always on time with rent. Although they may have come off sometimes

I love our apartment, the layout and quiet despite it facing I-35. SUPER QUIET! Great management. The apartment managers are always on top on our concerns and needed repairs, extremely efficient and very kind. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the repair men. They botch up everything they do, SO careless and repair the most cheapest way ever imagined - having to come back every time to redo their work.
The only caution is that the neighborhood is quite unsafe. Lots of crime lurking in the parking lot and in vicinity. Trade off is the prime location, close to everything, including the

I lived here in 2012 with a roommate. For the price (that has since went up) it was excellent. The walls were very thick, we could hardly ever hear our neighbors. Quick drive to UNT and tons of places within walking distance to shop and eat. Nothing ever broke so I don't know how maintenance is. The only con I can think of is being charged $300 plus keeping our deposit for "cleaning fees". Even so I still give it 5 stars.

Someone was shot next to the laundry room a few weeks ago. I didn't feel safe in this complex anymore and left.
Plus, the two ladies managing the complex were just so irritating and rude at times. They are exactly the typical example of the complex managers who show you a smiley and respectful face before signing the lease, but, after signing the lease, they will change their ways!
