Yoga In Waves
Our mission is to help you find your own, unique Wave. Everyone comes to yoga for different reasons. Some people just want to get in shape, sweat it out, and be more "bendy". Some people want to be able to devote an hour or two to themselves every week to reconnect to themselves, relax and restore.

And sometimes these goals shift, or grow. The best thing about yoga is that yoga adapts to you. Robyn's classes are fun, down-to-earth, and approachable for all levels. Students can expect unexpected combinations of familiar poses, plenty of options for modifications, and corny jokes. Robyn will teach you the puzzle pieces you need to approach more challenging asana, and then help you settle in for a luxurious savasana.
Services
Robyn tried yoga for the first time at a local YMCA, looking for a good workout. Over the next months, she was amazed at the transformation in her posture, strength, and flexibility. In 2015, Robyn made a life changing decision and started yoga teacher training at YogaWorks in SoHo under Heather Seagraves and received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification.
Access Bars is a gentle hands-on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. The Bars are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas.
