Our community based studio is designed with your well-being in mind and offers an array of styles, welcoming all levels. Join us at our new location, 36 Main Street, where we offer classes that are accessible, non-intimidating and welcome every body. We are currently offering classes in-studio and online.
All classes can be attended by pre-signing up through our website where you can choose to purchase single drop-ins, class packs or register for a membership. All memberships gain access to our online video library of over 80 videos. For those who are ready to join us in person, please know we are taking precautions to make the studio a safe space to gather by following all recommended CDC guidelines.

Welcome to the studio that accepts you just as you are. You do not need to think of yourself as flexible, skinny or strong to walk into this space. You are welcomed here each day whether you can or cannot touch your toes, whether a headstand is in your foreseeable future or something you'd never ever dare to dream of.

This is a real find....I hesitate to let the secret out but it's only fair.....the studio is everything you could ask for: clean, great vibe, excellent instructors, zero attitude, and warm and friendly. I was lucky to get tipped off to this place run by an inimitably energetic Katerina. There are classes to suit the energetic, the meditative and stretch practices. Yoga 203 is a gem!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so happy to have finally found my “home” yoga studio. I’ve been practicing yoga for the past 4 years at various studios in the area and this is the coziest, “non-initimidating” studio out there. The instructors pay careful attention to the capabilities of the class and ensure that you leave feeling relieved. I feel a sense of balance and relief each time I walk out after a class. Thank you yoga203 for being the zen in my life!

All the instructors at Y203 are strong, seasoned, and professional. But what's cool about Y203 is that each instructor seems free to bring their own personality and presence into the room. No doubt that this open vibe stems from the owner Katherina, who is a genuine delight. The vibe is laid-back, accepting, and easy. No pressure. I felt like part of the community with my first class. No doubt you will as well.

Excellent space - highly recommend. Such a vast improvement over the original proprietors years ago. It's now warm, welcoming and a great studio for all.
Facing the water while doing yoga adds a serene quality to your practice. The entire space is a hidden gem with a vast studio, welcoming reception area, two bathrooms and an extra bonus room with books and tea. I can see this easily becoming a community gathering spot for events and get togethers.
Go support your local businesses please! This is a welcome addition to the Wall Street area which can do easily morph into one of the coolest

I have been practicing at Yoga 203 since shortly after it opened in 2018. When I moved to Norwalk from NYC, I had no idea I would find my tribe and vibe in this unassuming historical neighborhood. The instructors here have changed my practice in the most positive way, and I've moved away from an intense, fast-paced, commercial yoga style to a more mindful, introspective, and spiritual practice with the influence of Yoga 203. The studio is gorgeous, clean, and well-equipped and the patrons are a lovely, friendly bunch representing all facets of humanity. There is nothing intimidating or pretentious

I started going to this studio after buying a Groupon for myself so I could try it out. I was instantly in love and I bought another pack of classes. I've been to a few yoga studios but this one is the most beautiful, warm, and inviting. The exposed brick walls, creaky old wood floors, and view of the water make me wish I could live here! The instructors are all very kind and knowledgeable and give you the opportunity to push yourself to improve, or take the time to unwind based on how you're feeling that day. When I have stressful days this is where I come to center myself. Thank you for making

This is hands down the best yoga studio I've ever practiced at. The energy, the kindness, there is a real feeling of welcome when you walk in the door. This is going to be a beacon for all wanting to better themselves and move towards self love and wellness or just to move from their packed repetitive classes that they are lumbering into every few days. As I walked up the stairs I could feel the weight lift off of me!! Then .... the space, I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE! Its homey and hip and inviting.. The staff are just amazing, friendly, and helpful! The class was perfect, the teacher was just great. They let me stay after class and take some pictures, I want to live here! I cant wait to go back.. Thank you Yoga 203 for thinking about the client when you created this studio! See you soon!
