I was just kicked out of the laundry room by the manager because my 2 year old was crying and she was in a meeting.
I was literally putting my clothes from the washer into the dryer and then I was leaving. I continued to finish my business before I left. That is a poor solution to say the least. The price is decent for this market and Cheyenne is great. The community has been safe. No washer and dryer in unit is more of a problem for me now that I have 2 little boys.

This place is terrible and so are the management. They don’t like to fix nothing but want to harass you for money, they’re unprofessional, they lie about fixing things, the community is not so great, and the apartments are outdated. Don’t move here there’s other beautiful properties that would accommodate you.

It’s been less than a year since my initial move in. Management is awesome and very responsive. My area in building 12 is usually great with the exception of inconsiderate residents and/or guests who seem to think 11 p.m. - 3 a.m. is an appropriate time to be outside talking loudly. Residence could be a little more diligent picking up trash and making sure area around trash bin is debris free. Usually it’s pleasantly quiet and clean.

I lived at the Terracina Apts. For 3 years and have never seen Roaches, bugs! Whenever I asked the people that worked in the office to do something for my apt. They would take care of it! Especially I would like to thank Selena she works in the office, she listens to your concerns and she takes care of it. I am really pleased with her professionalism!

Horrible office management. DISGUSTING bug problem. I called for 6 months telling them about the issue and they didn’t take it seriously until I said I wouldn’t be renewing my lease because of it. The entire building 10 is INFESTED with roaches. Do not live here. It also takes weeks sometimes for them to respond to a service request. Awful experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've lived here about a year now and have no complaints. the only thing i wish is if they upgraded the play area for the kids and add more lighting at night if you have to be out late in the complex.

Been living here little over 4 years, they've been through more managers then I can count. Maitance is lazy and horrible better off doing the house work yourself. They're never in the office always on "lunch". They padlock our mailbox area closed sometimes, I dont understand why. But basically if you have 1k plus to pay a month for rent DONT go hear unless it's the last option. The entire management needs a revaluation. Not to mention they raise rent 50 ish dollars every year. The new paint is nice though lolol

Its quiet and not a lot of fuss. Well maintained and maintenance issues promptly serviced. Has a nice pool and seating area and the staff are very helpful. The laundry room has plenty of washers and dryers and its always clean.
