We have been residents for about 1.5 years. Yes, these are older apts, but each time we had any repair/update issue, the maintenance team is right there, even during an early morning emergency call. They are very respectful and courteous. We have lived in apts in CA, Texas, and WI and this maintenance team has the fastest response. We are very thankful.

My apartment flooded twice my washing machine was broken when I moved in my microwave broke my bathroom fan broke my apartment flooded again from the next door neighbors and flooded my master bedroom and my closet and they came in shampooed and when I moved out six days later they tried to charge me $250 to shampoo they charged me $200 to paint when I touched I spackled all the damage and it was supposed to be $50 to touch up everything they told me was not true and now they're trying to Bill me $450 and I'm a disabled veteran and the apartment almost killed me because of the mold do not rent here

This is the absolute WORST living experience. The neighbors complain about everything here. I have never in my life experienced this type of unnecessary complaints. When you view the model it looks NOTHING like the units you’ll be living in. My carpet wasn’t replaced after the last tenants. The apartments “look” nice but it’s actually TRASH HERE!! My closet door randomly fell off the hinge, lights flickering, handles falling off the cabinets, hole in my laundry door that still hasn’t been fixed. If I could give -5 stars I would. Moved from across country so I didn’t have the opportunity to view before move in. I was told I was getting the full remodel and it’s not. The apartment was not ready by move in. Closet doors are off track, ants crawling around in the kitchen, the carpets need to be replaced (old, worn and stained) and the unit wasn’t cleaned how it needs to be(crumbs and stains). The building is older so you can hear neighbors. Staff is nice but my unit just isn’t what we talked about. I would have made a different choice considering the amount I pay for rent.

Lived here for 3years + definitely not the same anymore. The beginning of the pandemic they got an entire new office staff/maintenance & it was rocky from the start. The pool is in dire need of cleaning, there’s mold and green algae growing along the side of the wall of the pool along with tile falling off. They also removed the waterfall have no idea why cause they never gave an update or heads up about it. I highly recommend they update the pool picture’s on the website, false advertisement. Not to mention the pool chair’s, lounge chair’s and tables are old falling apart and filthy. Would

As you can see from my past reviews, I don't hold back when it come to apartments or property management. I keep it real.
Location for us makes sense. 2 miles from work and 2 miles from school. Freeway close and all kinds of places to eat close by.
We've been here since August, and we have no complaints. They do a great job trying to build community within ((even during covid times)). Communication with the front is spot on. They aren't strangers.
Gym, playground, and other community dwelling areas are clean. Pretty quiet, no riffraff. Proactive staff, One time Shawna called

Our experience with 80 on Gibson has been beyond wonderful. Moved here from NY and have loved every moment in our beautiful apartment. Had an issue with the washer and BAM fixed!!! Had a question about the pool..BAM answered! Shawna is amazing. I cannot express how happy we are here. During these very stressful Covid-19 times it's a pleasure to live here. I may never leave!!! Thank you 80 on Gibson for making us feel right at home!!!!!

The location is nice and quiet. The apartments are updated and the application process was quite easy. The staff has been VERY helpful and engaging. I had one minor issue when moving in, however my work order was received and executed in a very timely manner. I even received a follow up from my leasing agent to confirm the work order was successful. A+ experience!

As a single female I have yet to feel unsafe coming home to my apartment- I have not seen any unwelcoming looking individuals in the community. Maintenance requests have been top notch!!The grounds are always well kept I have yet to see a piece of trash on the floor. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for them to fix anything and after they are finished they always leave a note with the name of the handy man and what they fixed.

Lived here for 3 years. The management changed about 3-4 months ago. Everything looks new but everything is old, one thing is fixed something else comes up. There is no gate, every other community within Henderson has coded gate. You'll see random people walking around at night.
The new management doesn't communicate with each other, i gave them a 60 day notice of moving out, the week before I went to check and they said it wasn't in the system, once I brought the copy of the paper signed by their management it magically appeared in the system.

Fantastic service and even better staff! Beautifully remodeled apartments with amazing views of strip and sunset! Quick maintenance as well. My toilet and patio blinds both needed attention and maintenance was there within the hour to fix both! Very pleased with location as well. Close to grocery and parks! Highly recommended!
