Living at Vantage is a luck of the draw. (Fitting considering we live in Vegas hah!) You can have an amazing unit with no issues or a building plagued with problems. My wife and I were lucky enough to have a corner unit with an amazing view of the strip and gorgeous sunsets throughout the year. The neighbors and community make this place fun to live. We got close to them and made new friends in just a few months of moving in.

I signed my first lease here at Vantage in April 2018 and moved in shortly after. When I first moved in I was so pleasantly surprised by what a beautiful complex it was. It was amazing, the units are large & modern, the amenities were lovely, the staff friendly, and the community among residents was incredible.

I have really enjoyed living here. Vantage Lofts is a great community. The staff have been super responsive to any maintenance requests I've had. The amenities are great too! What a view from the infinity hot tub.
The management team has always been quick to respond and resolve any issues I've had. All in all, I'm very glad I selected Vantage Lofts as my home.

Want to give a shout out to Tanya. She made our move in experience smooth. She was quick and readily available for response with questions. The maintenance staff has been friendly and attentive when issues have arrived. They have shown fantastic follow through. The community is fabulous and the people have made us feel so welcome. 😊

Beautiful pool, clubhouse and hot tub.
Doggie area for their relief.

We moved out about 3 months ago and could not be happier. DO NO RENT HERE. We were charged $160 for cleaning after we moved out and the place was cleaner than when we moved in. Management is ignorant to the state of the facility. Hallways are old and tired. In 2 years of living there we had the microwave replaced 4 times. The appliances are old and in need of constant repair. The windows were cleaned once during our occupancy and the grounds really need attention.
We now live in a new community and pay $500 less than Vantage. There are better options out there so just pass on this one.

My boyfriend and I had been wanting to check this place out for a while and showed up with out an appointment but Tanya took us right in. She took time explaining the property and even had videos to show the apartments that are not ready yet. She was patient funny and answered all of our questions. We felt really welcome. However I am only giving this review three stars because as soon as we started walking through the community there were some turn-offs. The wife and I have lived here for about a year. MOLD is literally in 50% of the apartments here. It is very sad because this place has so much potential and we love it here.
Vantage is amazing but I would give them 2-3 years to get this mold/water problem under control before moving here.

I have been living at Vantage Lofts for a few years now and have been very pleased with the overall management of it. Management stays on top of any issues that occur and keep the place clean. Tania Vega (Leasing Agent) has always been super helpful as well as friendly and very accommodating. Magdalena (cleaning specialist), also very accommodating and friendly.

Loved living here, so far the experience is been great overall.
Tania from management is my favorite always in a good mood ,makes sure I get things fixed, every time I call the office they help me with whatever I need. Respectfully and with a high customer service.

Thank you to Tania for the amazing customer service she provided and her great personality. We felt truly welcomed. Tania was very responsive by email and gave us a tour of one of their spacious apartments. It was very nice.
We can't speak about how people are treated once the lease is signed because, while the Vantage Lofts were beautiful and included great amenities, we ended up choosing a different property for our home rental needs.
We gave 4 stars instead of 5 because, prior to our recent experience with Tania, we had the same experience (vaguely veiled racism) a couple of years ago

STAY AWAY...First impression was not a good one with Katherine Kim. We walked in and went to the leasing office to inquire about a 3 bedroom loft. The leasing agent Katherine was very stand-off ish from the start. We said we would like to see a 3 bedroom if there are any available and we were told there are too many different models to choose from we should go home look online and come back another day. I recently moved from this horrific place. The management is rude, unresponsive, dishonest and inexperienced. Pinnacle is the managed property and there is no way in the world to actually get anyone higher up to assist you resolving your problems.
They are QUICK to post a notice on your door for late payment but won't fix plumbing issues. They stick you with we are not responsible for garage pluming issues. So if your CAR GETS F***ED up not to worry their lawyers / claims team will deny you and threaten you to pay and evict you after the claim. Although

What a dream come true!
Sometimes you just find the perfect place. Me and my partner have never been happier. From day one, the staff made us feel like family. They're absolutely incredible and kind people.
The maintenance is awesome, the security, the amenities, the neighbors, the activities and sense of community, and most of all the gorgeous flat and stunning views. It just feels like home and I'm so grateful after just moving to Nevada few weeks ago. Couldn't have asked for a better place or better people.

Bjorn was a great host in showing me the property. This place is amazing. If your looking for a place to live this is definitely the location to be. The sights of the Vegas strip are amazing. The infinity hot pool is amazing and the pools are great. Nothing in Vegas beats this location. The fitness center overseas all of Las Vegas, what's better than watching Vegas sights while working out.

Update: we were treated with such bad attitude in the office we put in our notice to vacate. Already found a house that's 1/2 the price of this place and the people are much nicer.
I've attached photos of the door of our building. Disgusting. And the door/lock that's always broken so anyone can just enter your building since the gate is always open.
